i am currently sixteen years old, my exotropia wasn't much visible until covid when i was constantly engaged with phone all day, worsening my condition, i find it hard to focus my eyes now, and feel insecure when people make fun of it, i wanna reduce if not cure it, my left eye tends to deviate outward if i zone out or if i'm tired sometimes it just simply happens even when i try to focus on something, it happens mostly when i suddenly look at something at the side or look upwards

Hi, I have intermittent esotropia. I can switch my eyes, if I look straight with one the other one wanders inside. But I can't use them together. Will you make a video for my case, please?

My eyes only deviate when I look up or to the side. Will these exercises benefit me?

Do you have a nerve palsy? These exercises can still help, but you might need additional ones because that is more complex.

I'm a 28 year old guy and at a very early age like below 10 i think, i built exotropia. Here's the situation, when I'm trying to focus on something or when I'm distracted I don't even realise that my eyes aren't aligned together and after realising i bring them back instantly. I've never done any exercises before. What would you suggest me to do fix it or minimise it as much as possible.

I have amblyopia in my left eyes and my right has exotropia plus the amblyopic eye shakes ehat should i do about this?

Focus on peripheral first and get good peripheral fusion between the eyes. Do yoga and breathing and relax your eyes and brain. Try to see big. My mastering peripheral course will help. learn.strabismussolutions.com/mastering-peripheral-vision
