I am an extreme empath. Every test I've taken I'm always at a 10 out of 10, a lot of the test says I am at a psychic ability level. I have always said I feel like I would be a good psychic if I could learn how to go that deep. I can tell if someone is lying to me and most of the time I can tell them what they actually did (what their lie was). I can always tell if someone actually likes me or not, I can feel if someone has had past trauma-most of the times I can even tell what the specific trauma was. There are times where I can sense something isn't right but can't put my finger on what the issue actually is. I hate when that happens cause my mind keeps trying to solve the equation. I'm trying to find some videos that can explain step by step on how to use the abilities to get to a true psychic level and give examples of each. I think you would be good at teaching that. Would love to see a video on that!

I see too much and I've been saying things that are now being said. I am Haitian and i feel very connected to the Universe. I searched up how to strengthen my powers because lastnight I said i need to get an ABACUS and this morning I woke up and found ut next door someone through it out. I am also very good with lottery numbers. When i make poor choice I'm upset then i calm down because I seen it and should've done better. When I was a child in Haiti i used to have bad seizures and I think that strengthened me and gave me abilities. I see spirits etc. I can go on all day. meditation is the best way because you have to quiet and expand your mind. Meditation means being fully present in the now, so if you take a hike and you are fully present hiking, that is meditation. If you race cars and you are fully present in the now, that is meditation. If you read a book and you are fully present reading the book, that is meditation. I have the ability to see my own future, see ghosts, feel others feelings, i dream dreams into other worlds, etc. But i have no idea how to control it so it either happens randomly or overwhelms me with others negetive emotions and i get stressed i have been looking for a way to control these abilities and i genuinely can't figure it out i have some book but i can't find the time to sit and read it and nothing online helps so i was hoping you could recommend something
