My opinion.... EPWP = Cheap Labour. No people on these programs can make life changing decisions. 3 Month contracts??? Permanent employees earn the big money and government privileges while using EPWP workers must do their work for them. Yes,we need to up skill the program and give better wage for people to live on. Well done in this instance minister...

The EPWP was one of the best designed programmes but was killed by ANC politicians which required favour in return of employment. So sorry this has happened which destroyed many opportunities especially for development of potential contractors! Sad as always!!
