Awesome video Hans! This boutique hotel is amazing! Five star restaurants, excellent room service, and very luxurious! I really like how the basement turned out! All of the little robot cleaners and storage units are really cool! Hopefully in the future irl they'll have those! And hopefully they won't take over the world too 😬.

I've seen all of this building so far and refrained from commenting on it until I've seen it all so to say.... And what can I say that you don't already know.... Your a man carved out of a simmilar Tree like mine.... I like the way you solve problems you encounter in your builds and I clearly see you get the same joy out of it like I do.....even though I would do some bits different sometimes....but in design and eingenering and Lego 😉 there are more roads to Rome ....it's why I stated following you.... Look forward to every time you post a new thing .... Would love to share builds with you and see what you would think of my builds....😉😂😂😂 As to this one....you clearly have more time then mee....😂😂😂 Would love to make such a big build but I did not know where to put it....let alone the kost..... I mean I build a 600 euro ns double decker train because my kid wanted it and I liked the chalange 😂😂😂😉 ( and I partly influenced the design when I was 15).... I think you should be very proud of yourself..... Only thing I would change is make that glass cafe into an ice bar.....that's what reminded me of it at 1st glance..... Happy building keep it up

Glad we have that in common and thank you for the kind words Felix! 😊 This did take me about 6 months to finish! and another 2 months to get around to making the videos 😂 I have an instagram account for Teal Bricks in Paradisa. the Lego community is much more massive, impressive and even friendlier on instagram than on KZbin and there are skilled and talented MOC creators that are just mind blowingly talented! 🤯 Feel free to connect with me on instagram and share your creations and direct messages.👍 I also post additional MOCs there that I haven't shown on KZbin. The cafe does look like an ice bar, haha! Perhaps the business owners got inspiration from Ice bars and applied it to their concept for this Cafe!

Good murning, you've outdone yourself Hans (once again!!). I think you'll need to rename it from Boutique Hotel to GRAND Boutique Hotel, it really carries a feeling of greatness to it, and the tropical plant all over just add even more to the flamboyance. The technique with the flower part blew my mind! I really like the ground floor, and the glass house cafe is nice, but what steals the show for me is the underground. That might sound weird that I like the basement, but on the other hand Paradisa City is so far the only LEGO City with full underground that I know, and I find the concept so fascinating. But I think you need to start assembling all your vigilantes together, because there's something fishy going on there. I believe all those autonomous bots have gained sentience and have gathered here to cause all ort of shenanigans! Look! The cart bot already stole some luggage! I wouldn't be surprised if in the next video you'd be putting the GRAND Boutique Hotel right next to the Vault dance club. My suspicion is that those bots are laundering money down there, and this autonomous laundry machine might actually be connected to some hidden remnant of the bank! Can't wait to see my theories confirmed in the next video ;)

Haha yes! This hotel is designed to have that perfect balance between both, premium luxury as well as quaint charming Boutique feel! It is an official and historical Landmark of Paradisa City! (I'll announce that detail in my city update video) A beloved icon for all of the city's inhabitants! Glad you like the exotic tropical flowers! 😄 My ideas for a city of the future are paramount so having a fully developed underground is necessary to properly convey all these features! Glad you like the basements! (hopefully in a non creepy way...hahaha! 😂) haha imagine the electric bicycles amassing together and terrorizing the streets! hahaha! just kidding though! You must be deprived of Nick on Planet Ripple videos! yeah me too! haha! I can tell you need some exciting action adventure!! haha! 😂 Unfortunately due to the economics of product cost and manufacturing; these tiny simple robots are not equipped with the ultra fast processors and memory modules required to support full level AI and hence sentience! That would be like a cement truck manufacturer putting a (expensive!) F1 racing engine into a cement truck! It would kill their profit margins! haha! (but they could possibly be hacked, to be remotely controlled by a single sentience!) Sorry to be party pooper! 😝

I love the plant details and everything you bring to each of your remakes, especially the drastic changes made to this building and the brick bank and all of the unique pieces you incorporate! Im not sure if you’d want to do this or if this is in your plans at all but I’m very curious what you would do to the Sanctum Santorum that just came out and what you might make it/ add to it.

Plants are my vibe! cool thanks man! I'm stoked you like the expansions! I've thought about expanding the Sanctum!...love the set! However it's low priority for me atm. The building is a rather awkward situation. I like it cause it's got all the MCU lore built into it. However I'm keeping Paradisa City based on strictly on reality and I do not plan to include fantasy or superhero stuff into it. So if I did include it into the city, I would have to remove all the MCU lore from it...(which I'm not so sure I want to do..haha, I may want to just not add it to the city and leave it separate, so it can keep the MCU lore)...and then I would have to come up with a new idea as to what the building would be about. So yeah...it's awkward, and low priority for right now. I tend to go big and epic on these expansions...so if I ever do get around to considering adding it to the city then I know it will be awesome, however I decide to do it!

Funny, Library was one of the first things to pop in my mind too...and just like you said, those are obsolete in the futuristic digital world. I am about 80% done with expanding the bookshop and I'm converting it into something else, which I think is really cool with something similar to books! ..to be unveiled when its finished.
