Hey 2 things- cargo buildings store goods- platforms don’t add to storage capacity. Also use a different color for passenger express and local services.

You need to have the line rate the same as the destination demand. For example: if your city demands 150 food then your delivery train needs to have a rate of 150. This also goes for your factory deliveries. For example: your Food plant has a capacity of 400. Your grain delivery line rate needs to match 800 as it is a 2 to 1 ratio in order for the factory to get the right amount of grain delivered Hope this helps
