I’m so glad that one car left before the end, my curiosity would have driven me nuts if it hadn’t. 😂 It didn’t seem like the right amount for everything you added, but it was still an impressive amount at once, imo. It’s amazing how much that roof boosts the money you make, but even just the trees add so much. Also, I don’t know what I was expecting with the high tech area, but it wasn’t that. Lol. I like it though. Once that place gets built up I can’t even imagine how much you’ll make. But my god, the prices in this game remind me of Real Estate Simulator and how you were paid so much money for just a tent in a flood zone. 😅 I could not afford to live in this video game world. Heh.

I think it be cool if they added a desirability mechanic. Like the nicer the parking spot, the more someone with a fancy car would be willing to park there. Also, why no valet parking?

You should line the palm trees up with the painted on lines to help make the spacing more even.. might not get as many in, but it would be more even and might still have enough room to pass through even with the planters in between
