Do we need pressure pot to cure acrylic? If yes then why? Can't be cured without it?

It is always better to cure the acrylic following manufacturers recommended instructions. Under pressure and in warm water means a fuller cure, creating longer and stronger polymer chain/ reaction. I have heard of appliances cured in warm air environments but I wouldnt vouch for the effectiveness of that.

Does these appliances also work for upper front teeths(that are forward same as video)?

This appliance will expand any teeth that are in contact with the baseplate. That is where the force is passed from the screw to the teeth. Whatever you want expanded, needs to have acrylic in contact with it so that the force is transferred to them. This example only expanded the posterior teeth, prior to another appliance being used to retract the anterior teeth (particularly the incisors). Hope this helps explain it?

Adams 64 pliers for the Adams cribs. No others.

We use a pink modelling wax, but you could use anything. It is only there to secure the screw to the model whilst applying the baseplate.

Hi and thanks for your question. The expansion screw used here is for tooth movement only. There is some evidence that shows bone changes that demonstrate expansive growth. By backwards I assume you mean distally? No, that is a much more complicated expectation way beyond this little screws capability. Hope this helps.

Thanks for your comment. This was one of the first videos we made with what equipment we had. We are trying to improve the quality with newer cameras and such when staff have time to do it. Appreciate your comment though.
