You can make snacks at home with chocolate and cheese toppings, such as toast, grilled bananas, sweet martabak etc. and they are very suitable for drinking coffee or tea with, but make sure if you want to mix chocolate and cheese, USE ONLU CHEDDAR CHEESE and not anything else. If you mix chocolate with cheese that isn't cheddar then it won't taste good even worse. Cheddar tastes salty and is very suitable when mixed with sweet chocolate. This combination of salty and sweet is unknown to the western world and feels that it is unusual for chocolate to be mixed with cheese, even though the combination of flavors produces an extraordinary taste.

Excelente eh? I grew up in that city, it looks more developed now. A friend told me that Luwak coffee is meant to eliminate GERT/gassy stomach. I am not a big fan of coffee, even though my father used to be one of those coffee bean traders in the region. Really funny thing when I worked in Alberta, everyone loved coffee but me, I drank tea. Sometimes when there was no other option, I had to drink that bitter coffee, so quietly I'd put tons of sugar to help. lol. I like Tim Horton. Their Boston cream donat is one sure thing I crave, even till now. I miss that donut hehe.

Pandan (Pandanus amaryllifoliusis) not a fruit it's bright green leaves, used for their flavor in many south east asia dishes. Luwak coffee, it's regular coffee (arabica / robusta / liberika, etc), the luwak (civet), choose the best cherries and defecated. After cleaning the poop, the rest process is the same as any regular coffee beans.

People like Luwak coffee not because of its taste, it tastes very light and smooth because of the slight aroma due to the processing in the civet's stomach. So, people like Luwak coffee because the caffeine content is very low. This can happen because once it is in the civet's stomach, the caffeine content in the coffee beans almost disappears, and this cannot be done manually. That's why if you like coffee, then you can drink more coffee than cups without having to worry about high caffeine levels in your body. Luwak coffee production in the world is very limited and has not been able to meet the world market. Due to the very high demand, Luwak coffee is very expensive. That's why rich people can afford to buy luwak coffee because they like coffee without worrying about high caffeine levels. For a long time, Queen Elisabeth really liked Luwak coffee and always drank cups of it without worrying about the high caffeine content.

I've grown up around chocolate and cheese together and gotten used to it, only to find out that (some) westerners think thats blasphemous 😅😭 but it's soo good I dont understand how it's not a thing outside of southeast Asia
