I took my country for granted and now I want to back so badly... I use to live in the city but now that I am a bit older and I appreciate the nature more, I would be so happy to live in the country side... Seriously thinking to buy a holidays house in that area.

Yes, I imagine you must. Is your home country. Buy a place and I’ll rent from you. I’m moving from the US (Seattle. in a few months after Jackie’s relocation tour. It can be challenging for some ppl like me to buy there.

This is the coolest video, guys--thanks for making it! We are a young homeschooling family of 10 that used to live 30 min. south of Panama City (for 5 years!) with 5 little ones, then moved back to South Carolina b/c of job situation. We have a business going great here in States but are thinking of moving back to a beachy area--at least part of the year, cause we HATE winters and miss the tropics!! You have convinced us to check out Pedasi with it's nice location and tight-knit community. Hope we get to meet you all, too, as we are an "artsy" family (I taught sewing and do calligraphy, an also a beekeeper and organic grower). Keep those videos coming, as many people in the U.S. are pondering moving but are kinda spooked about the process and fear the "unknown"! Thanks again for sharing!!

Such a lovely video! My wife and I lived in the US Virgin Islands for three years, returned back to the US for a work change, and are thinking of visiting Panama to see if that is to be our retirement destination. We love the proximity to the ocean, the laid back attitudes, and the affordability. On that note, could Sue and Bob give us a general idea what the living expense is for a home similar to theirs? Many thanks.

Currently, I am living in a gated, nice 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment in Costa Rica with Wi-Fi, cable tv, airconditioner, second story balcony overlooking the city of San Isidro de El General, located in a very nice, safe neighborhood, convenient to everything, easy to walk everywhere, public transportation, Walmart, Uber, DiDi, 1 hour from the central Pacific coast, and I’m paying $217 a month plus electric which runs about $15-$20. If I could find a similar deal in Panama, I would consider moving to Panama for the fact that everything is so much cheaper there such as commodities, food, clothing, gas, etc. I’ve looked on AirBnB, but have found nothing that compares to what I’m paying in rent here.
@PanamaRelocationTours4 жыл бұрын
You can find a similar deal in Panama in the Azuero Peninsula! A friend is renting a 1 bedroom furnished for $87.50 a month near Las Tablas. or get a 1 bedroom house across the street from the ocean for $300
