@@Westcoastrocksduh trust me if this stuff happened to me a year ago I'd literally have murdered a few people so yeah I'm very proud of myself. I felt disrespected but I basically didn't react in the 3D, I didn't blame, I didn't victimize myself, I didn't show anger. I walked away. I didn't cry about it afterwards and I didn't do anything rageful and I didn't call my bff to tell her about what happened and complain. But internally it disrupted me a lot and I had to meditate for an hour to stabilize myself. When my bff called me and said I sounded sad I said I'm just working on some stuff and I changed the topic, and we had a really nice convo (not one reiterating my circumstances) and I felt soooo much better thereafter from the convo and re-energized.

This is very powerful and work amazingly; I used to do it, and was very successful with it, although just breaking the new ground, it was too scary and I stopped by sabotaging myself. The only reason your believing it’ll be delusional is because we’ve been taught that our “imagination” isn’t real. Switch the belief and realize that this is a 3D realm where things objectify from our higher faculty’s form a higher dimension. The same one where you sleep and have dreams that feel just as it does if not realer than waking life. The problem is people are taking The waking life as the true reality when really it’s just a lagging indicator. The true you is mind. You can imagine a apple and in your hand and touch it, bite it , hear the crunch and smell it. That’s just as real as here and that’s the source for everything that’s created here.There’s levels to this shit and belief is very key because if you have any doubts then it causes resistance to you truly realizing. I don’t blame you it’s sad we were told wrong. Start looking at this reality like the Dream. Just like in a lucid dream the minute you realize your dreaming things change into anything you will it to be. This is no different except most are still under the assumption that this is the only reality
