Don't know if this can help some fellow survivors, but my keybinds for controller(xbox) are changed so that actions like vaulting and dropping pallets are still binded to RB (R1 I think), but the other actions like repairing, cleansing, healing are binded to X (square). Since this is an odd button to press, I turned on the option so I don't have to hold it and it releases when I sprint. Game changer, you never need X for anything and even if it's not the quickest to press, you're never in a hurry to perform said actions, not like vaulting or dropping pallets. Also, I've never done the wrong action since, love the game a lot more.

Not ONLY do you get stuck on totems sometimes when you’re going for a vault or pallet lockers are put extremely close to certain loops and it’s a consistent think you get sucked into the locker rather than the vault Not sure if it’s on pc as well but same thing with downed survivors and vaults and pallets
