I heard Abe say once - like 15 years ago - that “expectation is a focus with a vibration that permits the receiving of that which you are focused upon.” If I’m focused on the worst I’m going to receive the worst because that’s what I’m a vibrational match to. And vice versa. I’ve come back to this explanation of expectation over and over again through the years, and it always helps me to notice more clearly what I’m doing with my focus.

As I was listening to this. I got a phone call with confirmation of when I get my next kitten. Our two cats died within 3 months of each other this year. I've been missing not having a cat. I'm so excited! I can get. him in July!

Another video was what one would envision a white southern man’s voice and he was a “brown man”. I think that’s the point, perhaps. Our vessels aren’t important at all. At all. One creates their existence as they think and feel. The inner being is who we are and it doesn’t even need skin to be the same inner being with or without. No matter racism or not. That is the outer. You, the inner, transcends all that. Comes from the ❤.
