Expected Cutoff for All India Quota Seats [2024]

One of the questions I regularly get is related to the possibility of getting a government seat under All India Quota. There is a myth that All India Seats are vacant and they don't get filled up. So, there are rumours that candidates with very low marks can sneak in and get a government seat through all India quota. In this video, we look at the closing rank for all India quota in 2021, 2022 and 2023; with the available data, we try to see what could possibly be the expected cutoff for all India seats in 2024.

At this score, you cannot be selective. You have to fill all the colleges during choice filling. While filling choices, arrange them in the order of your priority.

Don't waste time in prediction. At this score, you should fill all the colleges in your choice filling. If Lalithambigai is your preferred college, keep it as No. 1 choice. That's all we can do. No one can predict the future. Anything can happen during counseling.

Hello Sir, As the competition is going high and number of students of getting a mark (e.,g 600) number of ranks will also get increase on same number (600) having said that, will the rank getting closed to get a seat in AIQ will it not reduce..? NEET score will fluctuate every year. It depends on the difficulty level of the exam. If next year's paper is difficult, the cutoff might drop to 550. So, it's not a good idea to look at the score. But, the ranks are more or less stable every year. The number of colleges is increasing every year. So, more candidates are getting seats every year. So, naturally, the ranks become easier every year. In 2016, it was difficult to get an AIQ seat with AIR 6000. But, now, we are talking about AIR 25,000.

Reneet has to happen but in a loyal way ,bcz the neet which was held on May 5 has many cheating So the people who got better marks ( nearing 100 marks ) than last yr are also getting nearly the same rank

Depends on your budget and what you are looking for. You can participate in the counseling and give options to only colleges of your interest. This will also give an idea about counseling for next year.

A student who is a Indian citizen,native of Tamilnadu,now studying in CBSE in a foreign country.Is it possible for him to attend TN Medical counselling with NEET score for Government college in Tamilnadu?

Absolutely no problem. But, the candidate should have nativity certificate and community certificate (if applicable). Parents documents like community certificate (if applicable), address proof in TN (driving license/ passport/ voter id) and school certificate (10th/ 12th mark sheet in TN) will also be needed.

A pass mark is sufficient to get into a deemed University. If you are looking for a college wise cutoff, I don't have the knowledge to do such predictions.

The official fee is 13.9 lacs per year. The actual fees may vary anywhere from 14.5 lacs to 17.5 lacs per year (depending on the college).
