I spend more than 100 hours on Expedition A mudrunner game and here're some tips & tricks that I want to share with player base of this game. I hope this would help you in your game.

You can spawn extra vehicles (that you dont plan to use) and drain them of fuel and spare parts to get it a bit cheaper. but money is problem only at the start, later you earn a lot with expeditions. and there is no real need to be very economical. Thanks for the video, i learned a few new things, how to use a fuel delivery drone is a nice perk :)

Nice ones! Especially the cargo drone is a game changer. And the operator who can make regular drone trade.

Another important tip. In order to accept some tasks, they require specific Team Members in order for them to be activated. Without them, they are just greyed out and unable to track/start.

makes sense to take hydrologist to some "water" missions but rest guess I have to check during main expeditions and write it down for later free roam. @@Its_Only_NePH

One more protip: keep valuable stuff from airdrops in storage unless you hired for the expedition a guy who has a 50% higher selling price. Stored items won't disappear, so you can sell them next time for double price

Thank you for this video! Useful as the others related to SR. I have a question for you because I'm really struggling to get the Bandit. How can I complete the Bandit rescue task in Sonoran Desert? I have completed all expeditions in Arizona (not the tasks and the contracts), but it seems there is no way I can complete that task. The Step (the vehicle with the highest torque) is unable to pull it to its destination, also because the Bandit immediately runs out of gas. Since it doesn't seem possible to refuel the vehicles involved in the tasks (in SR it is possible), do I necessarily have to recover the Tatra in the Carpathians first? Thank you!

AFAIK auto-winch != autonomous winch, at least in SnowRunner. Auto-winch means that you can press the "F"-key and your winch ->automatically

You are partially incorrect with the tunnel system, if an expedition, contract or task require you to start on the one map to get to the other then yes that applies, also in match that applies but when you are in the expeditions menu, you can select free roam for each individual map for each region if you have enough expeditions completed, also you can have multiple base camps on each map again depending on how many expeditions you have completed

I cant even bring myself to play this game. Spent over 300 hours in Spintires and about the same in Mudrunner. Played Snowrunner for 100+ hours. But Expeditions is not what I expected as the next game.

You liked spin tires but you don’t like this game? Spin tires was just driving down a muddy road wasn’t it?Ive seen videos of it but never played. I feel like Expeditions is a little slow to get into but it’s really fun to figure out different paths and learn the terrain and how to keep the oily side facing the ground. I also think it’s going to get better as time goes by if it gets enough of a player base. I’m sure you remember the early days of snowrunner. Wasn’t the Russian map incomplete at launch? I think it only had 3 of the 4 maps open.

@@aceplaysgamesnetwork9566It is about the gameplay and physics. In Spintire the trucks and cargo felt heavy but in Snowrunner and Expeditions everything feels like its make out of plastic. There is also a video about this problem on this channel. Expeditions is made for casual console players who dont like too much realism because its difficult and "stupid". Also Spintires and Mudrunner had the superior mud physics.

@@BaSiC47 I disagree about it being for a casual player. Sure the first tutorial map is pretty easy but once you get 3-4 expeditions in it starts getting very challenging. It also has some of the most difficult truck rescue missions. I do agree with you that mudrunner trucks felt heavier and I had fun playing it.

@BaSiC47 Older games were boring and dull. Snowrunner is way better except using light scouts. Also this game is more heavier than snowrunner and definitely slower than snowrunner so casuals wont like this at all.

There is no narration at all. There is nothing to subtitle. All is shown on screen. I get some will want to translate the captions.

Tip No 1: Uninstall Expeditions, Tip No 2: Play Snowrunner or Mudrunner instead. You're welcome.

@@FungiFireFistI think the issue for me is art direction and art style, it's more game-ey more zoomer focused, colorful and techy. thankfully it's a different title, and I hope they keep mudrunner/snowrunner to its own style.

The fact that all progress is reset if you abandon a task and return to it later is just stupid, terrible game design. And frankly, I hate with a passion all the resource micromanagement. I expected more freedom of movement and flexibility in this game, at least at the same level of all its predecessors. SnowRunner with some good mod maps tailored for scouting and exploring is still my choice for some relaxing (or challenging!) offroading. But thanks for the video! In the event that this game actually gets better and there's some tangible improvement in later updates, I may end up purchasing it… Cheers! //Rick

Snowrunner and expedition is not the same game, its alsp not the successor its just a new game. else tje would be something like snowrunner 2, or maybe Sandrumner idk. stip comparing those. its like. damm Warframe is way more 3D than Minecraft.... u get me?

@@matthexkt8409 The shortcomings of this game are shortcomings all the same, whether you compare it with SnowRunner or not. That all progress is lost if you leave a task because you want to return to it later, is bad game design, full stop. It's not logic, and it's not realistic either. SnowRunner has nothing to do with this. The resource micromanagement is annoying because the game was presented as this exciting offroad experience, and the driving is constantly interrupted by management, by having to check this and this and that and that other thing. It feels like a bad RPG, really. I know that SnowRunner and Expeditions are two different games. But they're from the same developer, and they're within the same genre. And by the way, I didn't expect Expeditions to be SnowRunner 2 at all. I simply expected it to be _a better game._ I expected Saber to have learnt the lesson of what worked and what didn't work with these games, and make a better game as a result. Instead they launched… this undercooked thing. Which feels like a public beta priced like a regular title. Do _you_ get me?

I am on ps5 and got a full refunded after sending them game play videos and support email from game saying a patch was for the 11th, but still no patch..got a refund on ps5 yesterday and still have the game

This game is terrible for explaining things in game itself. There isnt mention of what the base modules do. Ive been playing without buying these as they seem expensive.
