In layman perspective, you can refer it to EMI (equally monthly installment) on the total capital investment. The percentage rate for this depends on every organization. E.g. some may consider it as 10% (bank interest rate) and others may consider at 30% or any value. Because, they can put this money in some other project and get more profit.
