I paused the video to read a street sign during your drive through first neighborhood in this video and saw Rowlett Dr. On Realtor, they have a house for sale there for $610K, 4100 sqft on 0.54 acres. 4 bedrooms, 3 bath. Built in 2017.

We sometimes drive through Olive Branch, Hernando, Southaven, or Holly Springs to get down to Grenada, and Greenwood where most of our family is, then head on down to Yazoo City and Bentonia where alot of our other family is.

Very nice and definitely beautiful. The only thing I don’t like is how close some of them are. A few years ago I had my first home built and it was close to other houses. That bothered me after it was finished so hopefully I’ll never live that close to another home again.

Yes this is very interesting- I like how you do your videos it’s helpful- $460,000 here in San Diego gets you a small 860 sq ft house - the townhouse I live in same feet total is $400,000 no joke ! 😡

But on average one probably makes more in income on the west coast than they do in this midsouth region. So when you really think about it, it probably balances itself out overall. Lots of attractions on the west coast! More than the midsouth
