I feel like there's two main kinds of rare games: 1. Games that are bad and because of that barely sold any units and are expensive because of that. 2. Games that are good or at least hidden gems for some people but either had a limited release or went under the radar when they released. Especially for the 2nd group, i wish we'd get more rereleases, even if it's just through emulated versions instead of proper ports. Like the fact that Klonoa didn't get a rerelease announced till recently is shocking to me.
