Very helpful review! :) One question: The auto-function for on/off is helpful but I wouldnt like to have it during the day, only in the evenings. Is that possible?

I’m assuming you mean the motion sensor that activates the light when something walks past. I’m afraid that they didn’t make a feature where you can have it activate at only certain times. Something they can improve on tbh. Maybe with an app or something.

@altonschannel hmm maybe mine is faulty then as my auto feature always sets the temp to half way and auto brightness never goes below 2

@@Zombie101 I think it may just be reacting to your room's light according to what the sensor is picking up. If your environment remains the same the lighting should also remain the same. Either way, you can always reach out to their customer service, they can probably help. I barely use the auto feature so I can't safely comment on it too much haha

@@altonschannel i contacted BenQ, they said >> Regarding the ScreenBar Pro, when turning on the auto-dimming mode, it will set the temperature to 4000K. But the temperature will not change with the brightness. And for the controller buttons's light, it cannot be manually turned off. But when the lamp is off and the ambient brightness is extremely low, all the indicator lights will go out so as not to disturb the user at night.

@@altonschannel BenQ generally nail it. I'm an architect so use this stuff professionally, so like while the screen bar is good for normal setups, its brilliant for pro setups. You deserve more subscribers Alton ... keep going! :)
