you ever come across 7 mil apt’s in Son Tra area? Been living just south in An Thuong area, wanted to try another area for a few months, but I have such a nice (ALL NEW) apt now for just 7m. Seems like ones I’ve seen you do are all 9m an up.

Yes they are definitely out there. Most of the super budget ones were just too basic and not nice enough for me or no fridge or no space or no tv or no kitchen or dishes and missing everything I wanted to be very comfortable long term. I went to 7Seas to enquire about what you showed, and they said that this was not their building, as well as that they do not do monthly rentals. It was a strange situation. Is Seven Seas different from 7Seas on the east coast?

Must have been a different building. Did it look the same as in the video? I only showed what they showed me. Maybe there are 2 different places with the same name.

Are those prices seasonal or on a longer term contract than monthly?

Monthly. If you stay 2+ monthly you can always get a better price, just ask or make an offer. 6-12 month will get you the best rates.

Sorry thought most of the places were overpriced except maybe number 5. I would say to anyone going to Da Nang to stay from month to month or long term then 7 mill with at least a pool is what you shd be aiming for as a ballpark. Paying a lot more when there are tons of options is nuts imo.
