Sorry to see that the Bamboo Bar has gone, it had a great atmosphere and really friendly. It looked completely different, living up to it's name the walls were covered in thick bamboo stalks. The new bar looks nice enough though but i don't think it has the same feel to it, which is understandable if the Bamboo didn't survive.. They probably wanted a new feel. But it's sad that the Bamboo is no more IMHO *edit * just seen the original Bamboo bar owners have a new bar next to Paddy's so that is some consolation

Yeah we just heard recently the old owners of Bamboo were opening a new bar. Shame it wasn't open when we were there as we could've gone in and done a review of the place.

The owners are ukrainian in one more bar, bamboo bar x owners have got another bar down side of paddys bar now.

Yeah we discovered a few days after shooting the footage they were Ukranian. Lovely bar.
