No, Kriya is not an intellectual process. It is pranayam in the sushumnna nadi; the pran apan yagya. With Kriya only action is effective in the practice during sadhanna. Talking and thinking are useless and pointless except to understand how to DO the technique. The doing is the key; everything else is just noise. 3~HY

I had a dream where Yogiraj and I were on a bed surrounded by green water. There were fish swimming in the green water that had large teeth. Yogiraj said, "don't worry about them. I'll take care of them." Then we laughed together. I think the bed represents dream consciousness and the green water represents the heart chakra. The fish represent fear.
