Strawberry Icebox Cake
Strawberries
Graham crackers
Cool whip(I use extra creamy)
Strawberry Preserves(optional)
Slice washed strawberries, place a layer of cool whip, crackers, then strawberries, repeat layers. If you use the strawberry preserves mix 1 cup in a container of extra creamy cool whip add in layers, top with cool whip, sprinkle with crushed cracker on top, chocolate shell syrup is also delicious on top.

Me too, there’s just something about them no bake cool whip treats 😃 My favorite is the extra creamy! I used to make my kids homemade ice cream sandwiches with graham crackers and cool whip, freeze and it taste just like ice cream, they are so good 🥰🤗

Can't beat fresh strawberries and whipped cream. I never thought to put them together in this way, but what a great idea! You can make as little or as much as you need, and even another type of cookie layer will work! Easy peasy😊 Fresh strawberries here are months away so California grown it is for now😁

Yes ma’am I agree I enjoy strawberries, strawberries and cream but this does take it up a notch, you can use vanilla wafers, lady fingers, any kind of cookie really and it’s so easy! I’ve also used vanilla pudding or cheesecake pudding with vanilla wafers, it’s like banana pudding but with strawberries 😀 Any kind of fruit is good in this 🥰🤗

I sure can! Do you use any sugar substitutes? I’ve made something similar with highkey vanilla wafers in parfait cups, I make my own whipped topping. I also enjoyed no crackers, just sf cheesecake pudding(I dilute heavy whipping cream with water for zero carbs, instead of milk) layer, pudding with berries, strawberries, blueberries and raspberries and red with berries in a parfait cups, it’s perfect for a sweet tooth.

@Rhondascountrykitchen we use organic ingredients also non gmo. We don't use any bioengineered ingredients. We get meat and eggs from local farmers and milk from a local dairy farm. There are too many dangerous and unnecessary ingredients being slipped into our foods.
