The trains are empty. Looks like people still prefer to ride their bikes. It will take a long time for people to warm up to this metro line. The view of Hanoi city from the train is nice.

Yea, it's only 1 line, so there is no "network effect" for the residents to fully benefit from it yet. As of now, it is still a novelty for many locals and treated like a family day trip
