I did that in an Ecosport in June this year ……… roads made us wish “not coming here again” but views made us wish “next year again” ……….. and it’s so tough for low to medium ground clearance cars, we barely made it …… even got stuck at one point but we’re able to find help . If going by car, prefer a 4 by 4 or a car with good ground clearance and high torque .

When I did that off road really I don’t remember whether we had lunch or not. When we reach Badal from Manali side we were fully concentrating on road that we forgot about lunch. 😁 u did it guys . Hav fun.

The level of Riding difficulty in Spiti Valley varies every month and every season with Winter being the most Difficult, EXTREME and DANGEROUS, followed by Monsoon and Summer, while in Winter you'll find ice on roads or no roads at all, and in monsoon slushy roads and in summer all water crossings are dangerous !!!!!

Looks like fun; can't wait for my own ride up there. A note though: Please for goodness sake when you pan your camera around to show where you are, slow down. Your camera can't anticipate where you're going to point it, so when you swing it around like that, all we get is a carnival-ride blur. Pan speed should be about 1/3 the speed you're currently doing.
