Dude, I'm kinda blown away by the effort that went into this. Like, doing your homework and reading the manga is playing the long-game, but it paid off in the end. This was a super well paced supercut. Ninja Storm 3 was my first exposure to Naruto, period. And that game is one of my favourite anime games of all time. That game actually brought me to tears at one point. It's insane. I can't wait to see how you go with the rest of these games.

I think its cool how Tara Platt and Yuri tend to be in series they can work together in Tara ( his wife) is Temari and he's Sasuke. In the original p3 she was Mitsuru and he's the Protagonist

The voice actor for the English dub is Liam O’Brien . I didn’t realize that the first time I watched Naruto as I hadn’t watched any of the Critical Role campaigns. Liam is Vax, Caleb and Orym on Critical Role. Now when I hear Gaara, I mostly hear Caleb or Vax. I’ve watched way too much Critical Role, apparently!!

That giant Sakura in her ultimate is basically just a comedy thing in the anime. She’d be super polite to someone but then her “inner self” (the grey Sakura) would be talking shit. It’s also a case of the “character performs impossible feats of strength” trope that a lot of anime uses

That's so cool you are gonna experience naruto this way. Storm has been one of my favorite series of all time. And after storm one, the series gets better in regards of the citscenes, the fights and the gameplay. In my opinion. Hopefully you enjoy them! You are definitely gonna like Storm 2 because of these few things: 1- More cutscenes. 2-More of the anime arcs are played out minus filler. 3-Everything is still animated beautifully

I would say that a great part 1 Naruto experience is Broken Bond. It captures some emotional moments perfectly. The part where Itachi used Tsukuyomi on Sasuke again was a whole trauma sequence.

Gaara wasn't very active during the Shukaku fight, that's just the game being extra. It's a plot point that Shukaku and Gaara can't both be awake at the same time, that it possesses Gaara when he falls asleep. He has those dark circles around his eyes from his lack of sleep. The fight ends when Naruto headbutts Gaara to wake him up.

The storm series is the perfect way to see the series abridged, unfortunately A LOT of content gets changed/censored in the shippuuden era of the games. it might not matter to some but it matters to me.

Remember, Naruto does not learn the Rasengan until Episode 86, or in the Manga, Volume 17 Chapter 150, and 8 episodes later at Episode 94, or in the Manga, Chapter 167, Naruto masters the Rasengan. Every episode prior to Training and Mastery, Naruto just used Shadow Clones

I’m gonna love this series. Naruto is one of the first anime I’ve ever gotten into and storm 4 is one of the first anime games I ever played storm 4 as a whole is very special to me. You could say the hype around that is what got me into Naruto I started watching the anime, but once I got annoyed with the filler, I read the manga and became the first manga I ever read as well you going to love Naruto, What a special story

I was a little worried at first becuase i thought you were going to experience naruto theough just thr games but honestly going through with the manga alongside the games is a pretty good way to experience the series. If i had to recommend something else, check out the anime, but if anything, at the least check out the biggest moments and fights. Naruto for sure got some top moments that the anime produced, like naruto vs sasuke from OG

19:01 this part right here always lets me know which version of the game people are playing. In the original ps3 version, the music cuts the moment Naruto headbutts Gaara and it's so raw, but it doesn't happen in any other version of the game.

I also started my Naruto journey with the games. Let me tell you after playing through all 4 games, i decided to finally pick up the anime, and the anime is so much better when you sort know what's going to unfold. You catch the foreshadowing and you know when the moment is going to get serious. Im definitely going on this ride with you. Plus you'll see A LOT of Dragon Ball Z references in the anime.

Naruto ninja storms was the first Naruto game I played several times over and over again. I know a lot of people hate/dislike QTE, but they made it really fun in the storms series imo. Also, the first storms games ults were really great! they shortened them in the next games to make online-matches more fast-faced (which is ok I guess), but they can't compare to the first storm ults where special awakenings also all had their own ultimates. Also the OST from this game was really awesome. My gf and I used to have the village theme of this game in the background while napping. good times.

The Snake Guy and Zabuza are voiced by Steve Blum who is known for Tank Dempsey in COD Zombies, Drum Demon in Demon Slayer, Wolverine in like 90% of animated Wolverine stuff and so so much more. I gave up on Naruto when Zabuza died so i don't really know the snake guy that much.

YESSSSS pls go through with this playthrough, you alr got through the worst of the bunch which is storm 1, the rest are just masterpieces and i consider them maybe the best anime games we've had, while Budokai tenkaichi was my personal favorite due to the combat, the storm games completely captured the essence of the story and pushed it even further in their boss battles PLEASE Nano feed us more storm videos and full reactions, it's fine skipping around storm 1 but i wanna see the whole thing for storm 2, 3 and 4 even if you have to divide them in parts

You absolutely need to watch the episodes of the last battle against Sasuke, although CC2 did a decent job a the time, it is a far cry from how good the OG fight was in the show. And honestly, that's with all the Storm Games, sometimes it can be a very barebones adaptation. The fact there was no build up at all to Sasuke's Cursed Mark Version 2 is tragic.
