That's a lvl 25 talent. 90% of the time your build will fail of it depends on something that late into the game

On the contrary. A mid bounty never itemizes as support. 90% times, the game just ends before lvl 25 (either win or lose). I have never seen a BH played mid, reached lvl 25, took that talent and lost. Show me a game and I will believe you.
