Hey, jio games are not dependent on jio fiber connection, this service is free so you can play using any other service provider. As of now in the beta stage we don't need to pay, maybe later on when it may be included as a bundle service similar to OTT apps.

Hey check if the issue is persisting on other games or not, on some games we do get the option to change mouse sensitivity if option is available try to change it.

Hey try to restart the app, if it doesn't fix the issue. Check on any other game controller is working or not. If the controller is working on other games then it might be an issue on the server side.
