15:47 odds are that is a Coyote skeleton "the fur also looked to be the same type" even the bone away from the body looks like another coyote humerus. California cougars were recently spotted with crooked tails because there are so many they are inbreeding.... Not saying that was what caused the coyote fatality but always be careful ;P

As a comfort to Bryan, snakes don't come out till about mid day and usually aren't very mobile. So Bryan you're safe so long as you don't kick too many rocks around.
