Sal is like the engine of an airplane, providing the power and energy to keep things moving forward. Doug is like the pilot, in control of the direction and navigation of the flight. Adam and Justin are like the wings, supporting and balancing the weight of the plane as it soars through the air. Together, these four guys make up a team that can take on any challenge and reach new heights. We all are the passengers on this amazing flight

Their full story is even more incredible. In 1972, a crack commando unit was sent to prison by a military court for a crime they didn't commit. These men promptly escaped from a maximum security stockade to the Los Angeles underground. Today, still wanted by the government, they survive as soldiers of fortune. If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find them....maybe you can hire The A-Team.

Mind Pump has changed my life. I started listening for the entertainment but stayed for the truth. You’ve even improved my marriage! I can’t tell you how many times you’ve given me topics to discuss with my husband at the dinner table! I was a cardio junkie for years but you convinced me it was time for a change. I stopped cardio and started strength training. I’m not just skinny anymore; now lean AND strong! My husband says I look better now than ever at 51. I weigh 10 lbs. more than I used to but my same clothes fit even better. I recently went back and re-listened to a podcast from 2017 and you guys are just as genuine and authentic as back then. Thanks for all you do!

I've been watching you guys ever since the episode when you talk about how F45 is cardio with weights, and ever since then I have been listening on a regular basis. I rewatch old episodes/clips when I am eating food or when I am not doing anything, I have noticed that I learn a lot more if I rewatch episodes instead of just watching on time and continuing with the next episode. Not only that, but I do feel bad that I didn't find Mind Pump earlier because there is a lot of misinformation out there.... Keep up the good work!!

Thanks to all you guys and Serena :)) I have been listening and started my journey about 1 month ago. I am 62 and a yo yo dieter and light cardio person for over 25 years. I got my calories down to less than a 1000 and gaining weight a little at a time. Now have over 20 lbs to lose. I am bulking now with a protein goal of 100 grams. I weigh 153 5'1" I purchased MAPS 15 and I am working on that program. Watching Mind Pump TV and watched Serena's video's and the rest of the team. I did have Transcend do my blood work to know my starting point. Unfortunately, I have a long way to go to level out my Hormones. Thyroid (high), Testosterone (low), DHEA and Peptides BPC-157. Very expensive, but committed to continue on. I do a prime😁 prior to workout from 2 frozen shoulders about 5 years ago. Anyway, I hope this will inspire another women to continue on.

I had the same/similar experience to doug. I played sports my whole life and lifted for those sports. I was always taught hit it hard everyday. When I found you guys and started running MAPS anabolic I got the most consistent strength gains and also felt amazing. After about 6 or 7 weeks I was hooked and I didn't feel like I was killing myself like I use to. I lost 200 lbs about 10 years ago and through unfortunate circumstances gained a lot, if not all of it back. When I started running the Maps Programs the weight started shedding off of me and I can confidently say I'm 150 lbs down and in the best shape, mentally and physically, I've ever been in.

I definitely need a program that involves working smarter not harder. As someone that has suffered with fatigue for decades I usually give up on training after a few months of trying due to fatigue. I'm still pushing myself twice a week to workout on average and seeing progress but I'd love to amplify that and prove that even in my situation you can make long term progress.
