I am applying in uplers from last 2.5 years. As per my experience with assessment test. I don't think I can crack that exam. I have approximately 6 years of experience but Even I am not able to clear the exam. I don't know why they setup the question like UPSC CDS/Civil services exam. Some people are good at work and some are memorising. so mostly I den't remember the things which I have learnt in past But I know what does client want and How to generate traffic /business. but still I can't crack assessment test. Do you think that These technical questions which you asked in the test will enhance the business/lead/traffic. ...... my suggestions ; Technical knowledge or soft skills can impress the client or manager but can not delivered the satisfactory result which they have committed to the client/manager. I would like to end-up with this message only-------------- I can not clear the assessment task. If you need result orientated person. then you know how to connect--best of luck

fresher or even 2 years of experience can't have these details knowledge. I don't thinks so person can crack the same exam twice. all people are just randomly filling the answer in the sheet. your expectation are too much high. all IT company don't have a client like you have. and last Sometime I thought about how can a company grow overnight even you don't have any physically office @@weareuplers

It would be great if you guys give insights to what syllabus needed to cover for any particular domain of studies. I want to apply for backend developement. If the questions I'm gonna get on dsa, and backend tech stack and project then its fine. If there's something related to quant, verble ability, etc.. then that would be little unfair. And one more concern it would be great if the duration between the two attemps are shrunk a little.. 2 months of waiting period on failing the assessment is way too long. I wish we could give the assessment every week. or once in a couple of weeks..
