Aside from the teaching load, lack of classrooms, curriculum and teacher-pupil ratio. There are a lot of tasks given to teachers that are not related to teaching. School heads should also be competent and fully understand their role. Lots of their tasks are given to teachers. Trim down or simplify their tasks also.

@rosecolouredglasses2 ай бұрын
Possibly but not really. There was a British documentary comparing the English school system and Chinese school system where one of the differences was the class size: in England there were less than 30 students in a class, and in China there were close to 60 students. In the end, the Chinese students did better in their math test results. These were teenage school children so not a perfect example (since you were talking about young school age children) but still shows that with a large class size, a school can achieve good results.
RIGHT THIS! unnecessary subjects add delays to students' learning.

If it’s Biology, do not mix it with Physics and other Science subj. Let the teachers fail those who are really failed with the subject. It encourages accountability both on teachers, school, students and parents - mass hire teachers, more is better when it comes to learning. Solves issue on unspent budget issue too - hire and incentivize talented teachers. They will leave and none will be left to train new teachers and raise well educated youths - focus on foundations and not core competencies. Were not ready to have both. Mainly we dont have budget to do it right. Let go of performance task. It does not work based on your Pisa results and employability of k12 graduates.
