Sir, I.T.dept. my AIS of FY2023-24, wrongly reflect, the residential property sold two times, means sale proceeds clubbing two. In maharastra, first Agreement for Sale is registered and then final Sale Deed is registered. The AIS is showing this transaction , as if, two seperate properties are sold. How to get it corrected. Sirji agar 49OOOOo ka plot buy kr re hai, to tds to nhi hoga, lekin agar seller bol rha hai agreemrnt only 30 ka hoga baki cash, to fir cash dene me koi prob to nhi? Apne video me sirf reciev krne ka btaya pay krne ka nhi. white mny hai income tax kr baad ki..

If buyer give chqs to seller in his nale without crissing the chq ac payee only and he tooķ cash from bank. Any probmem for buyer?

Sir hamne property 20lakh ke purchase kiya ragistry mummy ke name hogi our payment mummy ke a/c se 13lakh se our apne a/c se 7lakh ke payment kar sakte hai cheque se koi dikkat to nahi hogi

Sir mein gaya saal ek flat liya hoon uske liye mera sister mujhe upi se thoda thoda karke 2 lakh 30 hazar aur cheque se 3 lakh 30 hazar diye hai aur mera jija upi se thoda thoda karke 1 lakh 70 hazar diye hai aur mera 10 dost logo upi se thoda thoda karke 1 lakh 80 hazar diye hai aur ek dost cheque se 3 lakh 25 hazar diya hai aur ek dost cheque se 2 lakh 50 hazar diya hai aur ek dost cheque se 60 hazar diya hai aur mera mom mujhe uska gold ko bank me rakh ke cheque se 4 lakh diye hai aur ek mera jija unka gold ko bank rakh ke 2 lakh 25 hazar ka rts kiye hai aur mein khud ek baar 1 lakh aur ek baar 1 lakh aur ek baar 1 lakh aur ek baar 2 lakh aisa bank me cash deposit kiya hoon kya mujhe income tax ki notice aayega kya plz bataao sir

Sir. I need one advice from you. I have deposited my capital gain amount to SBI Capital Gain Account. Now...how will bank process for withdrawal of money to buy property? Money will go in which account to buy any new property (as I have to give token first and then Agreement for sale, then final registration. What proof need to submit to bank for withdrawal of amount to buy new property? Please help me.

Sir, हाउस प्रोपर्टी 5 साल से पहले बेचने पर लिए गए टैक्स बेनेफिट वापस देने होते हैं, मेरा प्रशन है की 5 वें साल से पहले प्रोपर्टी बेचने के लिए AGREEMENT TO SALE रेजिस्टर करवा सकते है या नहीं, क्योंकी SALE DEED तो 5 साल पुरा होने की बाद ही रेजिस्टर होगी लिए गए TAX बेनेफिट RETAIN करने की लिए। या फिर अग्रीमेंट् TO सेल भी 5 साल बाद ही रेजिस्टर होगा? प्लीज़ REPLY!

@@expertcasachin थैंक्स sir, my concern is not about capital gains (3 years), the concern is about : According to Section 80C of the Income-tax Act, 1961, if you sell a house, purchased with home loan within five years from the end of the year in which it was so purchased, all the tax benefits you have availed of in respect of repayment of such home loan under Section 80C will be reversed and shall become taxable in the year in which you sell the flat. Query: क्या ये 5 साल है या 3 साल, if 5 years, तो क्या 5 साल खतम होने से पहले agreement to sale register कर सकते हैं, और sale deed रेजिस्ट्री 5 साल पूरे होने पर .. ताकि होम loan tax बेनेफिट reverse ना हो
