This renders the 'object' invalid, void, finished, outdated... So...... Either the copywriter at Comedy Central Africa is not that fluent in English......or...... They think this notion is outdated and it has no value to women today.

And it’s been so long since high school when the guy cheated on Rachel that Monica feels that the girl code “expired”, it’s been so long and now it’s okay for Monica to date him. That’s all, “expired girl code” makes complete sense. It’s not that the girl code is outdated in general, it’s just towards this specific premise.
