The 50-year-old man Suresh Nakhua, whom Dhruv rathee has called repeatedly violent, is a father of two young girls and has impairment in his walking.
Nakhua, who is being bullied by Rathee, had secured legal victory in 1993 when he ensured reservation for physically handicapped in colleges. Nakhua has been working part time as BJP spokesperson but was reduced to an undignified, vitriolic and disturbing commentary by Dhruv Rathee.
Rathee who believes he can attack anyone viciously and unapologetially usually targets, finds and harasses his opponents who do not subscribe to his ideology. This video pertains to a sensational video titled My Reply to Godi KZbinrs I Elvish Yadav I Dhruv Rathee" on his n platform.
Let’s first look at the court summons against Dhruv Rathee, which now many believe is the first step to put this man under scrutiny that he has been given an ostensiible and clear unwavering support to just post anything and get away with by passing every law.
The order reads :
This order by the Saket court, is a strong response finally by a judge for the first time since last 10 years that Rathee has been making such videos to mislead country’s youth as if he wants to addicts them to his drugs like sermons.
If the summons are not enough, this man Dhruv Rathee is not moved by an inch for a feeling of remorse of guilt. After court summons, like a hardened criminal sitting abroad, he goes on to issues open threats Nakhua, dehumanises a physically disabled nakhua with choicest taunts and ridiculing him with intimidating tweets.
Rathee’s tasteless and bullying nature is not just restricted to his latest tweets. We, at the New Indian, are also in possession of the court plea by Nakhua that explains you how he mentally harms his target victims.
Plea no page 11 accuses this Rathee of being highly provocative and making incendiary videos. I quote - Rathee’s video that spread like wildfire across digital platforms he has made bold and unsubstantiated claims against Nakhua. The insidious intent behind this video lies in its unfounded insinuation that the Plaintiff is somehow linked to violent and abusive troll activities.

As far as our sources are concerned, a very high level probe has been separately commissioned by India’s IT ministry against KZbin for giving this platform to him to rack up millions and milions of views - for sitting inside the four walls of his room and making such baseless, random accusations. The probe that will look into these accusations of algorithm manipulations separately
I ask each one of you - if this is not embarassment, humiliation, dememaning and dehumanusing of a man who’s physically disabled by 55 %. What else is?

Now let’s ask ourselves - can this country allow a man sitting in a foreign country, without research to comment, harm and disturb people sitting in India at his own will and ensuring he violates the safety harbour act of KZbin to generate such phenomenal views.

Can we allow people in world who create defamatory content on social media platforms to absolve themselves of responsibility by claiming that the content was not targeted towards a specific individual. Can KZbin or Rathee after allowing Rathee to reach to people by making such dangerous statements against a physically disabled man
2. Will Allowing such behaviour not create a dangerous precedent where individuals could freely distribute objectionable and damaging content without being held accountable for the potential harm caused to others.
3. How are they getting the free run by KZbin when the same KZbin slaps ban on killing of Udaipur tailor.
4. Can a billion crore population of this country continue to be misguided by a traveller youtuber who once was making travel blogs and brainwash innocent gullible youth and destroying their livelihood by halting plans of development, united India
5. Why do you think, hours after the summons went viral, a rabid Islamist who;s been accused of openly making uncharitable remarks against Hindu religion offered unsolicited support for Dhruv Rathee and starting drumming up favours for him. DId he fear that for the first the court of law has taken cognisance of Rathee’s cunningly crafted videos to destablise India as a country?
