Hiranandani clients are common public, Adani Realty clients are corporations and Governments. Sharing of passwords is not a crime. Most MPs do that. They often have other draft the question as per their instruction, then they review and have someone else file the questions. Why did Hiranandani confess and where is the question of confession when there was no investigation against him. Whom did he give the written statement to? Nishikant Dubey, Mohua's bitter rival? Hiranandani can be blackmailed to put out his statement. That he gave 2cr and jewellery needs to be proven. Anyone can accuse. The accused has to be deemed innocent until proven guilty. Can Hiranandani prove these things? The ethics committee is asking questions like whom Mohua spends the night and sleeps with instead of relevant questions - evident that this is a harrassment exercise to remove one of biggest critique of Modani from the parliament. The charge of bribery need to be investigated by the court and if proven guilty then only steps taken. Mark my words, theres gonna be no trial as there is no evidence.

Hiranandani is a big fish and government can have much better use for him than to frame and silence one loudspeaker mp. I don’t find it very difficult for something like this to happen to a new politician.
