There is always a provision that in a extra ordinary circumstances , NCRTC can ask 2nd Bidder ( L& T) to match the price of 1st bidder and if L& T agrees ( Hopefully they will agree ) Tender can be awarded to them at no LOSS. Boycott China slogan is not from govt. for your kind information. It is a public initiative. And public is free from any trade treaty and can buy whatever they want. At least with this movement we will definitely be able to reduce dependence on China if not eliminate it completely.

We had served as slaves to greeks,turks, mongols,afgans, mugals , british and probably everybody else why not chinese. 1000 years of slavery has made indians proud to be slaves and no self respect ( words like melord, sir ji, do any thing to please you, keep standing till you are asked to sit ). We are the. people with no incentives, no drive, no willingness to do something for ourselves and our country. Only want others to look after us and provide technical know how. The politicians of the country reflects what a great nation we are. No leader, govt official even bank employees treat citizens as human beings. Only good thing is the ARMED FORCES who looks after unthankful people like us.
