00:25 As far as I know, when a knockout match ends with a draw that match is finished and counts as a normal draw (coefficient), however the penalty shoot-out is a different part which only decides who goes through to the next round (or wins if it's the final). Hence the goals scored in the shoot-out doesn't count at the end, also the bookings doesn't count. At least this was the thinking behind it aerlier.

It’s the bloody rules. That’s why. The rules of the game are public and available to everyone. Especially when you are a professional in the game or it’s surrounding, like a commentator or reporter, you should read them on a regular basis. The rules are published once a year before a season begins and the changes are a) minor in comparison to the rules of the season before and b) announced in an event before the season begins. Not being aware of the rules for a fan is not an issue, to be ignorant as a reporter on a game is bad preparation. If you don’t know a specific rule, look them up as you go. They are available as a searchable PDF on that internet thing.

That’s what separates him from everyone else. He may not be the best Keeper in the world. But he’s by far the most clutch, which is far more important. He’s there when you absolutely need him. If the kicker commits an offence, their kick is recorded as missed, whether or not they score. If a goalkeeper is sent off during the shoot-out, another player who finished the game must act as goalkeeper.
