Reservation is still needed in India ..Many people from backward categories are still not there in bureaucracy in proportion to their population.but those who claim it wrongfully and unnecessarily should be stopped ..also , reservation In constitution was there only for 10 years but, the governments amend the constitution every ten years to increase it for another 10 years ..like in 2020, parliament amended constitution increasing limit for reservation for another 10 years till 2030

We are not against reservations, but the approach should be fair and sensible. Respect the Supreme Court's 50% cap and rationalise reservation policy .

People belong from the reserved category in jk are more economically advanced then unreserved category I have friends from ST category their parents are employed and have property in locality as well as in main city Srinagar still govt put them in category list because of that category they got govt job even their rank was far below then me .this is totally injustices with the OM category merit based selection is must .hope govt will revoke this category system

Not jk whole indian competitive youth are against this draconian, irrational reservation policy. Secondly 70% population in jk are under open merit there proportion reduced from earlier 60% open merit to 30% open merit, highly condemable. Open merit aspirants have lost their future due to 30% quota. It decreased meritocracy, educational value.
