Several nurses were looking up a neighbours blood test results, because of the nature of their actions to find information not pertinent to their job they were found out via their computer login details, because of this they lost their job and have their actions on record, time will pass and they will probably land another job but a too curious mind can get you in trouble.

Mam, i have a doubt if the client has shared some criminal things suppose he is planned to kill his supervisor or going to do it .. What should we do we need to keep it has confidentiality or report to other criminal officials about it .

that's where 'disclousure' kicks in and one should inform the client that in certain scenarios if the worker feels there is a threat to the client or someone else because of client's behaviour, they need to disclose it to appropriate authorities.
