As for Tigry, he was in the military, but left it after an incident that isn't related to the Infection. Willow is the only member of the group who was already a criminal before the Infection started. We currently don’t know the job that Pandy, Baren and Filip had, although I wouldn't be surprised if she had one related to katanas. Maybe an art martial trainer?
