The hip drop is significantly more dangerous than turf, actually. The injury rate is pretty insane. Not saying there shouldn't be grass everywhere I agree. But people really underestimate teh hip drop. Its new, it's got an injury rate 20 times higher than regular tackles. And it can be identified

Them keeping turf is the real reason why most of these injuries that led to justification of this rule. And it doesn't cost them much to fix it. The reason the owners keep The commissioner is because they want to keep more petty money like don't want to spend money on actually keeping a better alternative the stupid turf. Which costs less per year than lowest amount to sign the minimal amount to pay an NFL undrafted free agent per year.

​@@JasonEddie151 The 2020 49ers where PLAGUED with injuries; like everyone in the secondary was injured, the qb was injured the receivers injured lineman were, hell, even the STADIUM was unfit to play in so the 9ers had to play in a different stadium for their home games half the season like it was bad, I think the 9ers went 5-12 that season but I could be wrong.
