Attenborough really is a national treasure. I remember as a kid, being enthralled by his programmes. They allowed me to do away with the infantile religious notions of my parents and view the glory of life on this planet with a sense of wonder and awe. Ironically, I'm tempted to say God bless Attenborough, because I can't think of an equivalent secular way of expressing how wonderful I think he is.

Obviously you have been soured? In the same manner the religious audience soaked a sponge in vinegar and put it to the mouth of Jesus. . The one who calls us out of those very notions you despised. The sad reality is, nobody willing to go back to the teachings of Jesus and then seek to apply it. . Rather turn into an ol dried up pile of dead bones and moral authority playing God. . Or rather, running completely from it, as you have. . For no justifiable reason because Jesus and His teachings have been right there waiting on someone to become a legitimate Christian in this earth. . . It is the great business of every Christian to save souls. People complain that they do not know how to take hold of this matter. Why, the reason is plain enough; they have never studied it. They have never taken the proper pains to qualify themselves for the work. If you do not make it a matter of study, how you may successfully act in building up the kingdom of Christ, you are acting a very wicked and absurd part as a Christian. -Charles Finney (2nd Great Awakening)

There is one and only one organism that has continuously lived on Planet Earth for 3.7+/4.1+?? billion years. Cyanobacteria using photosynthesis was producing oxygen and food 3.7 to probably 4.1 billion years ago. Photosynthesis is probably the most complicated process in nature. Photosynthesis existed on Earth about as early as life was possible on Earth as Earth was still cooling from a molten state 4.1+ billion years ago. Cyanobacteria was a single cell organism using photosynthesis 3.7+ billion years ago and is TODAY a single cell organism using photosynthesis to produce oxygen and food. So what does the ONE and only existing single cell organism say about evolution as the mechanism for creation of new species? It is not true and cyanobacteria is proof that evolution as the mechanism to create new species is false.

That’s basically what evolutionists believe, they have no clue how original life came to exist, because they want to avoid to undeniable truth that LIFE COMES FROM LIFE (God)
@Madsquid994
@Madsquid994 Жыл бұрын
@@RN-le3sf 1: It is not true that we have no idea how life came to exist. The study of abiogenesis includes several working explanations for the origin of life. Just because you’ve never heard of them does not mean they don’t exist. The research is incomplete, but that does not mean that we have “no idea.” 2: Evolution and abiogenesis are separate fields of study. One is not contingent upon the other. We have the evidence to prove common ancestry beyond any reasonable doubt. This fact would not change even if abiogenesis researched turned out to be a dead end. 3: The principal of biogenesis (“life comes from life”) only refers to biological organisms reproducing more biological organisms. god is not a biological organism, he’s not made of molecules or matter of any kind. Therefore the story about god creating the animals and plants by supernatural means would be an exception to the principle of biogenesis, not an example of it. No one on this planet believes that biogenesis is an unbreakable absolute, it does not matter if you think living things were created by god or arose by natural means, both options violate the principal of biogenesis.
@RN-le3sf
@RN-le3sf Жыл бұрын
@@Madsquid994 You’ve said a lot of words but haven’t said a lot, basically that as usual they are trying to find explanations for life apart from God. Use your common sense man, look at the order of the universe, the laws, gravity, your body, your limbs, eyes etc, clearly made for a purpose and it is absolute dribble to believe otherwise. You and others like to say these big long words to dupe people into believing you’re intelligent, but just as the bible says - your worldly wisdom is futile, and you deceive yourself from the basic obvious realities of an intelligent designer 🤷🏽‍♂️.

Imagine there was this evolutionary tree that states every single living thing to ever evolve in all of history. From the first cells to us, from us, to some species we will evolve to, and even talks about other aliens from different evolutionary trees. We can also include elements. Every star that were made, every planet that formed, every black hole that died. I will definitely buy this non existing app that states all of this. But I would prefer an app that states every force that was ever made or will be, and every particle in the universe, or even out, if it’s possible. With that app, I will know every single thing in the universe, and nothing would be random. Despite the fact that all of this is impossible, I still dream of it some times in the wildest of my dreams.

Of course! @Phoenix storm jr. I feel that it's my job or duty to help those that are waking up. There is so much meaning behind this. Study on "The Flower of Life" it explains everything about God and the beginning of "the Everything" even before the big bang and consciousness began. The true meaning to the title God gave to Moses. Moses asked God at the burning bush what he should call him if the slaves asked.. to which God replied..( I AM THAT I AM) meaning He is us, and we are him. God is infinite, God is everything and everywhere. So think about... when people call each other names, or talk down on each other they are saying the lords name in vain. This is also the true meaning of turn the other cheek. We are all given a job, and that is to spread the wisdom. Even if you don't know much. It's the effort that counts. Amen brother!

A new religion in the making..😟 all the animations were cool but still doesnt explain where all of these came from..which leads to even more questions..this things came to existence billions of years after the universe flourished.then scientists tells us its the big bang that created everything..well then where did all the particles thats responsible for this big bang came from?either the universe was created or it came from nothing and then out of nowhere just pops out into existence which seems ilogical by the way..the human mind always thinks it can comprehend everything it absorbs but there are things beyond our knowldge and we have to accept these facts..there are scientific matters which we are aware now but there are divine matters that we are not capable of comprehending. just like a 3 year old child canot comprehend the mind of an einstein.and even einstein himself cannot explain the vastness of these universe..we are living in world of theories and get carried away by simple animated presentations and some actualy base their beliefs on these limited informations..

This made me realize. Mythology is, by design, the preferred way humans learn about their origins. I wonder if religious folk would have shown the same reluctance towards evolution if we had insisted on teaching it in this epic 'around the fireplace' way of storytellling. Instead we lead with how they are all insignificant monkeys.. ..thats no marketing.

Why would it be a bigger leap of faith than thinking the earth is only 40.000 or so years old, when that idea has been outdated since the time of Isaac Newton? Hell the theory of evolution has been widely accepted in the scientific community for centuries!
