As a Muslim I find that Protestants are the most belligerent and insulting. Catholics and Orthodox can be, but seem to be to a lesser extent. Others who you may not call "Christian" but claim Christianity like unitarians, Mormons, JW, etc. are the most cordial.

The guidance is in arabic and preserved in arabic. A couple of problems from your friendly local Muslim: 1) At around 0:52 you fall into the same trap every Christian falls into, which is something that Imām Ali ibn Abi Talib (as), the rightful heir and successor to the Prophet, explains in Nahjul Balagha, namely you conflated that which is ABOVE the intellect with that which is AGAINST the intellect. Here's a simple example to illustrate this. In Islam, we believe that Allāh is not bound by time, since it is His creation. To then try and comprehend a sequence of events, when Allāh Himself operates outside of the confines of time, one of His creations, would be ABOVE the intellect. On the other hand, you have a classic example of a square circle, which can only start to make sense if the definition of one, or the other is corrupted, otherwise, with the pure definitions of a square and a circle, it is impossible for these two to overlap in one entity. Now that we have separated these two, we can tell which one the Muslim has a problem with, concerning the trinity. To us, the trinity goes AGAINST the intellect, because either the definition of monotheism stays intact, or our logic stays intact. 2) Actually the only thing we all share would be species. We humans are all the same species, not the same being. You are saying that you are a person, and you are a human, but that doesn't make you two humans. OK, well, with that logic, we can say that God the father is a person, and God the father is a god, but that doesn't make God the father two gods. This doesn't address how the other two, namely, the son and the Holy Spirit share in that godhood, while the entire entity remaining a singular God, and not three gods. This is actually the same problem that Gregory of Nyssa falls into, he ends up saying there is only one human (not 8 billion in 2023). There are just 8 billion persons. This is semantics, and does nothing to actually solve the problem. 3) At around 3:02, you start to make the argument that the Qur'ān is inseperable from Allāh, but that's not something we Muslims believe in. We don't believe in ANYTHING, even the Qur'ān, being co-eternal with Allāh. Period. You wouldn't call the 7 part Harry Potter series J.K. Rowling do you? Rowling is Rowling, her work is seperate from her being. Harry Potter (whether you're talking about the boy, the books, the film franchise) has nothing to do with Rowling's marriage, food, children, parents, etc. It's a completely seperate entity. The author is something different from the book. And the proof of that is you don't see anyone asking the Sorcerer's Stone DVD for an autograph. They ask Rowling herself for an autograph. Similarly Muslims do not worship a book called the Qur'ān. We treat it with respect, and try to keep it in a clean place, and make sure we are clean before touching it, but the Qur'ān itself doesn't answer my prayers, or forgive my sins. Only Allāh does that. We say the same thing about Christ by the way, that he is not co-eternal with Allāh, he is just a messenger sent from Allāh, and therefore does not deserve to be worshipped. It's really not hard. So this entire example falls flat. 4) At 3:53, you brought up the spirit Allāh blew into Adam and Mary. It seems you were a bit confused when reading the Qur'ān, because the Qur'ān is not saying Allāh breathed a portion of His spirit into Adam, or Mary; actually, it doesn't imply any portions of Allāh. Allāh is, as the US national anthem says, indivisible. As soon as God starts becoming divisible, He ceases to be God. So Allāh does not have a part called the spirit, or a part called a hand, or a part called the left side, or a part called the right side. There are no parts to God. What the Arabic means, like for example when we call the Kaʿba (the black cube in Makkah btw, for those who don't know), the "house of Allāh", we don't mean in the pedestrian reading of the phrase, implying that Allāh lives, eats, works there. What we mean is this house has been honored by Allāh and exalted such that it now has an association of being directly claimed by Allāh. We would feel the same if we got the honorary title of "servant of Allāh" bestowed by Allāh himself. Just like I'm sure you Christians would love for Jesus to call you (personally) his beloved servants or children. It doesn't mean that the spirit is Allāh's own, it means Allāh is honoring it and directly claiming it, which is to honor it. That spirit that Allāh owns was breathed into Adam, and breathed into Mary. 5) At 4:05 this problem I addressed in number 4 is exactly the trap you fall into. You are asking "is there any part of Allāh that is created" but that's an incorrect question to even ask, because Allāh does not have parts in the first place, as I explained above. The Qur'ān is not a part of Allāh, the spirit He honored by putting it in Adam's body, or Mary's womb, is not part of Allāh, and therefore neither of them are worshipped by any Muslim. Not today, not in any time in the past, not in anytime in the future. Allāh was still Allāh long before He revealed the Qur'ān, and long before He created any spirits. 6) If you are compartmentalizing your God, and you say God the Father is seperate from God the Son and each of them is seperate from God the Holy Spirit, then what is it that seperates them? Let's simply denote it in writing as the following: God the Father | God the Son | God the Holy Spirit Whatever that thing is, which keeps the two entities from overflowing and overpowering the other, must be more powerful than the two entities it is keeping in check. So God the Father | God the Son, that which is being represented by the line ( | ) obviously must be more powerful than the Father or the Son. If it were weaker it wouldn't be able to keep them distinct. If it were the same power, you would need to introduct a 4th divine co-equal co-eternal being into the equation. Same thing with God the Father | God the Holy Spirit, that line seperates the Father and keeps Him distinct from the Holy Spirit. So those three lines would be more powerful than the three beings they are keeping defined. In representation it would look like this | | | But in between these three lines I can see two spaces, and that is keeping each of the three lines distinct and seperate. Again, logic leads us to conclude these two spaces must be more powerful than the three lines. In representation it would look like this: | That final barrier which is more powerful than the two spaces on either side, which is indivisible and final, that would be the representation of what we Muslims call, Allāh. The radically monotheistic diety that has no internal dividers, and does not share power with anyone. Alone, and unique, and not overpowered or limited by anything.

My only comment for you is to think about why is it or not really necessary to point out or feel strongly about who is the heir and successor? Did the revelation of Quran mandate a successor? Was the Prophet PBUH himself so keen on successors? If the main point is to believe and submit your entire AED to ONE ALLAH, does a successor truly matter?

@@saqueib What Allāh and His Messenger (sawa) made a priority, I as a Muslim have been commanded to take (Sura Hashr Ayah 7). When the authentic hadith give me a few million reasons to care about who to take my beliefs and practices from, a true Muslim takes it seriously. Do I want to take my fiqh from fallible men such as Abu Hanifa, Malik ibn Anas, ash-Shafii, or ibn Hanbal? Or an infallible like Imām Ja'far as-Sādiq (as)? For me the choice is clear. Do I want to take my beliefs from Abul Hassan al-Ash'ari in the 10th century, or Imām Alī ibn Abi Talib (as) who was the closest human to the Prophet Muhammad? For me the choice is clear. Why, you ask, is the entirety of one's belief based on whether they accept Imam Ali and the rightful Imam of the time? I'll let a few hadiths do the talking: يا علي لا يحبك إلا مؤمن ولا يبغضك إلا منافق إلى يوم القيامة (The Prophet said, O Ali, none will love you except a true believer, and none will hate you except a hypocrite, and this will be the case till Judgment day). Now of course, every Sunni in the world will crawl out of the woodwork to offer their meaningless excuses "We love Ali too". Love here, is defined by the Qur'ān, where loving the Prophet through lip service isn't enough, you have to live by his commands and recognize his true status. If a Christian says yeah I love Muhammad, and quotes him day and night, like the fake idiot Craig Considine, it literally means nothing. Loving him, in the true sense, means to accept his status as a Prophet and Messenger. The same holds true for the Imams of Ahlul Bayt, the only lovers of Ahlul Bayt (as) are those who uphold and affirm their position as Imams, and actively hate and oppose their enemies (like Abu Bakr, Umar, Uthman, Mu'awiyah, Yazid, Aisha, and Hafsa, may God's eternal la'nah be on each of them). You cannot claim to love the Prophet, and at the same time love and adore Abu Lahab and Abu Jahl. Similarly, as Sura Ahzāb says in ayah 4, Allāh has not placed 2 hearts in one man's chest. You cannot have a heart loving Abu Bakr, and a heart loving Imam Ali in the same chest. Likewise, you cannot join the love of two more polar opposite figures, like Umar ibn Khattab (who started dozens of bid'ahs like Taraweeh, deleting Hayya ala Khayr al-Amal from Adhan, Adding As-Salatu Khairan min an-Nawm to Fajr adhan, folding hands in prayer, etc.) and Imām Ali (as) who tried to stop the people from doing these haram innovations, only for people to oppose him. You love Imam Ali? Call Taraweeh and the rest of Umar's bid'ahs haram. But the Sunni won't because they don't know it but they actually love Umar and Abu Bakr more than they love the Prophet and Imam Ali. Another hadith also shows us something important. مَنْ ماتَ وَ لَمْ يَعْرِفْ إمامَ زَمانِهِ مَاتَ مِيتَةً جَاهِلِيَّة (The Prophet said, He who dies without acknowledging the Imām of his time dies the death of the one in pre-Islamic jahiliyya.) So you and the rest of Ahlus Sunnah can pretend like this is not a mandate, and the Prophet was not keen on appointing successors, but this fairy tale exists only in your bubble, and unbiased western academics like Professor Wilferd Madelung have written extensively on how obvious it was that from the beginning to the end of the Prophetic message, Ali was both explicitly and implicitly being pointed out as the successor. If you want to die the death of the pagan jāhil, be my guest. I don't have time to waste like you, and I need to learn the preserved religion of Muhammad (sawa). Who was it preserved by? The father of kittens, Abu Huraira? That man narrates more isrā'iliyyāt (Jewish fables) than a rabbi. Or was it preserved by Abu Bakr and Umar, who ordered for all hadiths written down after the death of the Prophet, to be burned en masse? Or was it preserved against all these Satanic forces by the holy household who paid with their blood, sweat, and tears, so that we would not be taking our religion from an idiot who used to bury little girls alive and then when he got hungry would eat his own idol made out of dates. يا أَيُّهَا الرَّسولُ بَلِّغ ما أُنزِلَ إِلَيكَ مِن رَبِّكَ ۖ وَإِن لَم تَفعَل فَما بَلَّغتَ رِسالَتَهُ ۚ وَاللَّهُ يَعصِمُكَ مِنَ النّاسِ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لا يَهدِي القَومَ الكافِرينَ (O Messenger, announce that which has just been revealed to you from your Master, and if you fail to do so, you have not delivered a single thing from your Message. And Allāh will safeguard you from the people around you. Indeed Allāh will never guide the kafir nation). This ayah was delivered at Ghadir Khumm, and as proof it is the most multiply attested event in the Sunni or Shia corpus, leaving zero doubt about it happening. Sunnis seem to like to smoke copious amounts of copium, especially surrounding the word Mawla and it's many meanings, some stretching the narrative as far as making it mean "friend". Not only did the Prophet use a Qur'ānic ayah to give this word it's meaning (Sura Ahzab ayah 6) he also asked everyone beforehand, Do I not hold more authority over you than you hold over yourselves? They all agreed. Then RasulAllah said Then whomsoever I am his mawla, Ali is his mawla. What is of great importance for your question here though, is that Allāh says that if you fail to deliver this one thing, you haven't delivered anything in your Message. Meaning salah, sawm, zakat, hajj, etc (all of which have already been revealed) will be worthless without the acceptance of the divinely appointed leader who succeeds the Holy Prophet. And it's obvious, look at what Imam as-Sādiq (as) said concerning your school of thought: They have not left anything in the religion of Allāh except that they have changed the way it was done by my grandfather Muhammad, except for the qiblah. Qur'ān says wipe your feet in wudhu, so we do that. You wash. The Prophet prayed with his hands down, so we do that. 3 out of 4 of your schools say it's mustahhab to fold hands, but they don't know where the Prophet folded his hands, under the naval, across the chest, or above the chest. As mentioned, Umar changed the adhan. In criteria for slaughtering animals (zabiha) you have changed one of the requirements, so now where there were originally 5, you have 4. In praying over your dead in janaza, you only do 4 takbirs, instead of 5. The list can keep going, but KZbin isn't the place to list all the bid'ahs that the so called "Ahlus Sunnah" follow. The final hadith that shows why we NEED to put emphasis on where we get our religion from is in case you were confused about how to do any of these rituals, the Prophet already told you where to go: أنا مدينة العلم و عليّ بابها فمن اراد العلم فليأته من بابه (The Prophet said: I am the city of knowledge and Ali is it's gate. So then anyone who should like to get the knowledge, he must enter from the gate). Abu Bakr, Umar, and Uthman, even according to you, are just worldly politicians, they do not add or subtract from your salvation on qiyama. But following the Ahlul Bayt not only is part of the requirements of full īmān on Qiyamah, they are also mandatory if we are true followers of the Qur'ān and sunnah. This isn't a choice, this is the difference between jannah and jahannam.

Your arguments are based on them being separate but they are not, Jesus Christ is the Son of God, the perfect revelation of God. Mankind was made in Gods image but we fall short of his glory because of Sin, Jesus Christ never sinnned, he was perfect, he reflected Gods perfection on earth. There is no other force required to keep them in check because they are one. Eternal life is promised to those who believe in Jesus Christ and follow him, Father in heaven I pray that understanding is given to me and all who read this and we are counted worthy of eternal life with you.

@@johnmchugh3981 if they were truly one, then you would not be able to make statements like Jesus is the perfect revelation of God, neither would you be able to save that one is the reflection of the other. My reflection comes in a mirror or in a reflective surface, and does not encompass my entirety (for example if I am facing it from the front, it cannot show my sides and back). Neither can it feel what I feel, neither does it get hungry, thirsty, neither does it know everything I know. Yet you claim the infinite God, was reflected in a finite body of flesh that experienced hunger, thirst, deficiency in knowledge etc.? Buddy, just open up Mark 10:18, and see how Jesus refuted the flattery of the rich man who came calling him 'good teacher' saying Why do you call me good? There is only one good and that is God. Meaning basically save your flattery for God, not me. I know you sleazy Christians play around with the English translation but the Greek is much more clear and cannot be twisted to your evangelical tune.

When someone else looks at you they can’t see your thoughts or your back or all of you but it is still you. I had the same question myself about Matthew 10:18 but if you read all the gospel it becomes clear that Jesus was claiming to be good, that’s why the Jews crucified him. If you’re interested in Truth you will look and read further into it and challenge yourself and your views, I’m not responding to you just to win an argument, salvation depends on this, no amount of prayers will get you to heaven, only accepting Jesus as the Christ/ Messiah/ anointed one/ Son of God/ Saviour and following him. I was a Catholic and I hoped my own righteousness might save me. When you realise our righteousness is like filthy rags to God you realise we need a saviour and then what Jesus Christ done makes sense

As a muslim, I agree with you on few things. We cannot comprehend a nature of God and we cannot create a true analogy to Him and we cannot fully understand his divine wisdom as we are limited in our abilities. He is unlike anything we can imagine. God cannot be defined in natural terms. Now I am going to break down the rest of the arguments. So with an egg analogy. a shell is nothing without other 2 parts. you crack a shell and oyu destroy an egg, they are not egg on their own, they are egg only when they are together. if this translates to a trinity, then God is NOTHING without Jesus, he has no power. Jesus is nothing without God, that we all agree with, he was a great prophet but all of his miracles are done with the will of God. Now when it comes to a divine spirit, whether its an angel Gabriel or its sth else that has no explanation of what it is. That too can't do anything without a will of God. He is the almighty. He doesnt need a yolk and eggwhite to give him a definition or a power. You are putting a condition on his power, that he is nothing without the other 2. How is He then an All Mighty? He is only powerful if he has a source of power, like other prophets. He is not a God then. God means that he can say Be and it will Be. By egg definition, God will say Be, then wait for Jesus (pbuh) and some spirit to come and agree and then it will Be... If we compare him to H2O or carbon that can have so many versions. We do not know what He may look like or sound like, it is beyond our possible understanding. However, H2O being in a gas state, its no longer a liquid. If "God" was on Earth for 33 years, who was powering the planets? Who was taking care of the rest of the world while he was preaching in Jerusalem? Comprehending God is out of our abilities, and I agree, if someone came up with an idea that God needs a power source of 2 other items and he looks like an old white man, while also looking like a young white man, then they are worshipping a created thing, aka an idol, not a true God. He can be in all the places at once, He doesnt have to take any forms to do that, He is All Knowing. Him taking forms in order to do a certain task, is an imagination of a human because we cannot comprehend how something can perform such an act. So it requires either to believe in His ability and trust in His wisdom or to try to create some sort of a humanly expanation for such a thing. aka ANALOGY Even if we agree that He can take many forms, for an argument sake. Christianity still puts him in a box of 3 things. Why did you stop there? Why not follow Hinduism where they say he is taking forms of millions of God? Then by that logic sounds like Hindu God is more powerful than Christian God. In regards to a human vs a person, of course it doesnt make a person 2 humans. In Islam we have 99 attributes of God, his characteristics, like the Forgiving One, the Merciful One, the All Knowing. It doesnt mean there are 99 Gods. If the word became flesh, then words of God became Jesus (pbuh)? Yes, we can separate Allah's speech from Quran. Quran is a word of Allah but not all words of Allah form a Quran. His previous words also became a book in Christianity and Judaism (Bible and Torah). Except Bible and Torah were rewritten by humans and became a manipulated Book, hence not a true word of God. There are also words of God when he had a conversation with Moses (pbuh) and his other encounters with prohpets, angels, etc Allah did not breathe his spirit into Adam or Mary in a way that you understand it. That would imply that Adam had a divine nature, he was a mere prophet of God. He was not divine. That would make Adam a double God because he had 0 human intervention in his creation and that would make Eve a sub God because she was created from a rib of Adam. He breather Adam's soul into Adam. Not his (God's) soul. Its the same way that we all humans get our souls, God creates them and it gets breathed into us. {And (remember) when your Lord said to the angels: ‘I am going to create a human (Adam) from sounding clay of altered black smooth mud. So when I have fashioned him and breathed into him (his) soul created by Me, then you fall down prostrate to him.} (38: 71-2) Same thing with Mary (pbuh), He didnt not come to her and breathed His spirit into her. He just said Be and she was pregnant without even knowing. “She said, ‘My Lord, how will I have a child when no man has touched me?’ [The angel] said, ‘Such is Allah; He creates what He wills. When He decrees a matter, He only says to it, “Be,” and it is.’” (Surah Al-Imran:47) I hope this clarifies your understanding of our point of view of trinity. There is a reason why even Jews are prohibited from entering a church, they consider Christians idol worshippers because Christinas worship a human and give him divine properties where that does not suit God. Same goes for his spirit. He doesnt need a spirit in order to operate and he doesnt go spreading around that spirit and creating more human gods. That analogy came from pagan religions. A lot of them attributed sons to God and a lot of them believed in a magic of number 3. Even Christmas is celebrated in December because of pagan celebrations prior to Christianity. Jesus(pbuh) was born in summer, not winter. Unfortunately for humanity, a lot of things in Christianity got manipulated and twisted to appeal to pagan worshippers. This happened few decades after the death of Jesus (pbuh) so not him nor his deisciples where there to defend the true word of God.

When God created Adam and Eve, instead of making them into robots, He gave them/us free will (out of love). You can agree that being able to make our own decisions in our society is liberating but you must also know, we fall into sin naturally and without goodness in this world, we would end up killing each other. God saw people follow the law of Moses but their hearts weren't at the right place. God is not interested in religion and what you externally do to keep your reputation but instead, he only asks for sincere accountability, honesty and faith. This was the message of Jesus. Out of love, God sent himself in human form not only to serve his people, but to make the last sacrifice so we don't have to perform anymore to receive God's grace. When The Qur'an mentions The Torah & The Gospel, it is not referring to The Bible. First, you need to understand what The Qur'an means when it says The Torah and The Gospel. The Torah is the revelation given to Prophet Moses peace be upon on Mount Sinai and these words were dictated by God. It is said in The Qur'an: "And ˹remember˺ when We (GOD) gave Moses the Scripture-the standard ˹to distinguish between right and wrong˺ that perhaps you would be ˹rightly˺ guided." (Al-Baqarah 2:53) What happened with The Torah given to Moses? The Qur'an answers the following: "Do you (faithful believers) covet that they will believe in your religion in spite of the fact that a party of them (Jewish rabbis) used to hear the Word of Allaah (the Tawraat), then they used to change it knowingly after they understood it?” [al-Baqarah 2:75]" “Among those who are Jews, there are some who displace words from (their) right places and say: ‘We hear your word (O Muhammad) and disobey,’ and ‘Hear and let you (Muhammad) hear nothing.’ And Raa’ina [in Arabic this means, ‘Be careful, listen to us and we listen to you,’ whereas in Hebrew it means ‘an insult.’] with a twist of their tongues and as a mockery of the religion (Islam). And if only they had said, ‘We hear and obey,’ and ‘Do make us understand,’ it would have been better for them, and more proper, but Allaah has cursed them for their disbelief, so they believe not except for a few.” [al-Nisaa’ 4:46] “So because of their breach of their covenant, We cursed them, and made their hearts grow hard. They change the words from their (right) places and have abandoned a good part of the Message that was sent to them. And you will not cease to discover deceit in them, except a few of them. Verily, Allaah loves al-Muhsineen (good-doers).” [al-Maa’idah 5:13] From these 3 verse above, The Torah was corrupted in 4 ways: - Changing - Omitting - Adding things and attributing to Allaah words that He did not say - Misinterpreting the words of Allaah. The Injil is the revelation given to The Messiah Jesus, son of Mary. It is stated in The Qur'an: "Then We sent following their footsteps Our messengers and followed [them] with Jesus, son of Mary, and gave him the Gospel." (Al-Hadid 57:27). What happened to The Injil given to The Messiah Jesus, son of Mary according to The Qur'an? Unlike the Torah, it is silent because the Injil is lost. When we look at the New Testament, the book which is the Scripture of the Christians, we see that it nowhere makes the claim that it is a book that was "given to Jesus". On the contrary, the New Testament consists of several books that were written by followers of Jesus (under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit) AFTER the ascension of Jesus. 4. The Koran does say that your God deceived us by making it appear that Jesus was crucified. RESPONSE: That's not what the verse says. It says ".... but it was made to appeared unto them...", meaning that they were mistaken to have thought it was Jesus on the cross when actually it was somebody else. No deception from ALLAH at all, but rather people believed Jesus was crucified because the enemies of Jesus spread the rumours. The cornerstone of Christianity is not the crucifixion. The enemies of Jesus made that claim, but then a new religion was built up on The Resurrection of Christ known as Christianity. In fact, I would say that YOU have been deceived by the enemies of Jesus. According to Mosaic Law, any person who is crucified is cursed. Therefore, The True Messiah could not have been crucified because that would him the False Messiah as that means Jesus was cursed. Imagine your Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ is cursed just like the Devil is cursed. This is why The Qur'an strongly objects to the crucifixion of Jesus because this was a Jewish rumour and by affirming that he was not crucified proves that he is The True Messiah according to Mosaic Law

Allah's attributes, features and characteristics are eternal, endless and infinite. The Qu'ran, being Allah's literal words, are a part of that. It's not His creation, His word didn't become a material book, but His EXPRESSION. How He "thinks", acts, talks are part of His Eternal attributes. If they were CREATED, that means Allah didn't think of all that beforehand, which is paradoxical, and that wouldn't be God. There's no concept of Trinity in Qu'ran, we're explicitly told to worship Allah alone without any partner, it also calls on Jews and Christians to accept the same theology. The Trinity on the other hand puts two CREATIONS as partners alongside Allah, then tries to combine these finite beings and characteristics into an eternal and infinite deity (nauzubillah). If His word "becomes" flesh (we don't believe in transformation, more like a command), then it becomes a creation. Allah says "Be" and the universe was created, Allah says "Be" and Adam was created, Allah says "Be" and Jesus was created (peace be upon them). The egg analogy doesn't work because you did exactly the opposite of what you said at the end: using natural terms to explain something that's beyond nature. As for the "Spirit" of Allah, it's a misunderstanding of Semitic expression. Spirit refers to a creation. Allah is His own thing. The "Holy Spirit" is the Angel Gabriel that supported the prophets in their mission. I don't know if it's in your doctrine, but that's the Islamic belief. We love Jesus and we accept him as the Messiah. We don't worship him, rather we follow in his footsteps and that of all the Prophets. The concept of the Trinity has clearly been an evolutionary process in the making. The earlier synoptic gospels didn’t profess divinity of Jesus (PBUH) but was a later adoption in the gospel of John. This is not what Jesus (PBUH) preached. The Christianity of today is Pauline christianity by Paul who never even met Jesus (PBUH). Christianity has sadly been a constant adoption of pagan hellenistic teachings (Easter, christmas, trinity etc) just so it could be made more palatable for the then dominant Roman empire .

Each Gospel has a unique, neccessary and sufficient theological purpose! John is written "that you might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing you may have life in His name." (John 20.31b) it is right when you said that you cannot read the Gospel of John without seeing Jesus' divinity. You also cannot read the Gospel of Matthew without seeing that Jesus came to save his people from their sins by dying on a cross. Matthew 1:21 says "And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins. Matthew 1:23 says "Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us."(Matthew 1.23) Even in the first chapter of the book of Matthew, we see that Jesus is called "God with us." I encourage you to further seek the truth of the Lord Jesus Christ. Repent and believe the Gospel.

His spirit has never been understood by Muslim scholars to mean a part of God. Rather the possesive pronoun His means a spirit belonging to Him. In the same way that we say: the heavens and the earth are His creation. This does not mean the creation is some how a part of Him, not at all. Everything created is distinctly different than Him. The spirit of Jesus is created. Now, a question for you, if the Trinity is something so grounded in the gospel, why did it take 400 years after Jesus to be made into doctrine? ! This is not controversial, by the way, this is history of the Church. Look it up in any encyclopedia. That still didn't solve the mystery of the trinity. Yes, we can't understand God fully. But if he is completely mystery, then he is not worthy of my worshipping. You see, the whole concept of the trinity isn't just wrong at a spiritual level, which you addressed here, it is also wrong on a logical level. Why would God limit himself into a human form? Why would he kill his righteous, innocent son to forgive people? Why won't he just forgive them without killing other unaffiliated people? And if a disease afflicted the tree and it did not bear fruits, would it not have been better for Christ to extend the hand of healing to it and make it bear fruits instead of cursing it? And when did this tree wither, was it immediately, according to the Gospel of Matthew (Matthew 21: 19) or the next day, according to the Gospel of Mark (Mark 11: 20, 21)? was what happened with the fig tree not miraculous, because it is known that the fig tree does not live forever? Points noted and thanks for the explanation, yet it is flawed by your own analogy. You are defining god with traits of persons as well. Rather, believe what Jesus and all the prophets taught. Hear O Israel, the lord our god is one. So let's stop trying to make him 3 in 1. Jesus also instructed us to pray to the Father and worship the Father, as all the other prophets before. So put aside all the assumptions about Jesus being god etc (which he himself never claimed). If we truly love Jesus, then let's follow his teachings and worship the Father only.

The first problem of your analogy is that we don't have a person if it's not already a being, so saying 3 persons = 1 being is like saying 3 beings = 1 being!! The second problem is that Allah is a divine being, but his words are not a divine being, which fails explaining the trinity!!

No need to explain because there is no Trinty in the Bible. The verses that are used to allude to a Trinity are not convincing enough as they are also applicable to other prophets as in the Old Testament. For example, Abraham, David, Jacob, Moses and the other prophets were all the Sons of God. When Jesus said 'I and the Father are one, he was meaning that the message that he brought forth was same as the Father's. Now if the Gospels did not allude to and cannot explain the Trinity in a clear, logical and rational way, then it can't be an injunction from God. Furthermore, if it was then from the onset, it would have been accepted by all followers of Jesus and you wouldn't have required meetings like the Council of Nicaea to decide whether it should be adopted as part of the Gospels or not. Nowhere in the Gospels does Jesus claim to be God and nowhere does it say that the Holy Spirit is God. Do you know that after the Council of Nicaea tens of millions of Unitarians were ethnically cleansed and murdered by the Trinitarians all over Europe.

Now which brings us to the point - Why no two Pastors, Priests, Apologists, Historians and whoever can give a rational, logical and the same explanation for the Trinity or even the Eternal sin. Now if the Gospels has not and cannot give a rational and logical explanation for the Trinity, then it cannot be an injunction from God. Hence, it proves that the current scriptures are not in its original form. Anyway, Jesus has clearly indicated that he has come to affirm the Old Testament and all the previous prophets. In the Old Testament there is no such thing as a Trinity and every previous prophet only believed in ONE God. Now where has the Trinity evolved from? From the pagan beliefs of the Greco Roman masses whereby the Sun God became the Son of God.

You're denying fundamentals of the faith. If Jesus is not worshiped as God you are denying the Father. God has told us (Acts 7:37) that Jesus is the Prophet of God. Nice but Allah means God witch the Quran is the word of God and is says that in the day of judgement the words in the Quran will disappear so it not eternal and the spirit that you are talking about its Allah, Allah is the spirit so the explanation you made is not correct. Where does it say the Quran will cease to exist? Taken away, yes. But cease to exist? The ruh of Allah is his own spirit (separate from angels) so the other point is also moot. The Quran opens the door to a plurality within unity. So why are Muslims so anti-Trinity?

This a horrible misrepresentation of Islam. Firstly, the spirit being referred to in the creation of Adam and Jesus is a created spirit and not something that emanates from Allahs essence. Secondly, you speak as if all Muslims affirm that Allah is distinct from the Qur’an and you also don’t even specify what you mean by the Qur’an. Are you talking about the sounds and letters? Or are you talking about the information content? You need to clarify these things. Thirdly, even if I grant that we have 3 distinct attributes of Allah (btw spirit isn’t even an attribute we ascribe to Allah) that are inseparable then this would be a false comparison because Muslims who don’t hold to DDS will just say that these attributes aren’t identical to the essence whereas you as a Christian say they are.
