Fun fact the guy who made up the black eyed children story had his life completely ruined by the paranormal community because they thought the story's were real but the guy was just a film maker who wanted to make something entertaining. They ended up finding his home, job, family members, and tanked his imdb score. Edit: I tried finding the interview but it's nearly impossible because of the sheer amount of people making videos about the black eyed children even though it's been completely debunked.

I’m older myself (56) and I definitely find his channel to be very entertaining because he has always pointed out the different absolutely ridiculous things on the internet. I actually have died in a dream before. I was pushed into lava, but I just respawned a few seconds later. While the brain doesn’t know what truly happens after death, it can come up with a satisfying result or just straight up ignore the fact that you died. I wanted to say this, it's theoretically possible to time travel forward. Not backward. When travelling faster than the speed of light, time slows down around you, so that you don't age as everyone else does. Even if we could generate enough power to do this, we'd be stuck in the future, and extremely far away from Earth, so travelling back to Earth would put us even FARTHER in the future.

Actually the gunshot to the head is really true. The man woke up with a major migraine, and felt his head after "feeling like there was something coming out of his ear". He felt blood, and talked to his wife who he assumed was asleep. She played it off as that, and told him they would see a doctor in the morning about his "bleeding ear". An hour goes by, and the man says his migraine grew worse, and told his wife they needed to go to the hospital. The nurse after seeing him saw a hole near above the ear area, and assumed he probably hit it in his sleep, but x-rays proved that he had a bullet in his head. The wife tried to say someone had shot through the wall as in accidental ricochet, but her story was very incoherent, and she later revealed she shot him because she didn't want him to find out that after poor buisness decisions that they were broke. She was charged with attempted murder, but only served 1 year in prison. (Which I believe is honestly not even close to how much she deserves.)

The Florida shooting story is real. He woke up in the middle of the night to severe head pain he had blood on his pillow and when he went to check the bathroom he found blood leaking out of his ear. His wife tried to make him go back to bed, but he thought he was having a brain hemorrhage and forced her to take him to the doctor. She apparently drove super slow, trying to have him bleed out without alerting him but they ended up making it to the hospital. It was a really crazy story!

57:06 Isn't this Deja Vu? it's like future vision, where you dream or imagine a scenario or place that you see later in life. It usually doesn't "predict" anything important, just random occurrences. I don't think it's future vision at all, actually. I think that your brain just thinks up tons of random scenarios while you sleep, and when a situation similar to one that your brain thought up happens, your brain remembers that dream it thought up and thinks that it predicted the future. No evidence but it's fun to think about.

Regarding the one with the plates Colour might not work, but plate size can be used to trick you. The same amout of food will look like more on a small, and like less on a big plate. So if you want to eat less, put the smaller potion on a small plate, so your brain thinks, you ate a full plate. We used the inverse with my grandmother, who towards the end really struggled with eating. We'd put her portions on a huge plate, so she'd hopefully eat at least a bit more and it worked out decently well.
