Ingredients for the Ribs:
1.5 kg of beef ribs (cooked and shredded)
1 bell pepper
1 tomato
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 heaping tablespoon of paprika
1 level tablespoon of bay leaf powder (or bay leaves)
1 tablespoon of black pepper
2 heaping tablespoons of chef's seasoning (found in spice stores)
30 milliliters of vinegar
1 tablespoon of salt
Enough warm water to cover the meat
Ingredients for the pasta broth:
Broth from the cooked ribs
2 potatoes (approximately 300 grams)

Ingredients for sautéing the filling:
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tomato (diced)
Parsley to taste (optional, to finish the filling)
Ingredients for the dough:
1.5 liters of rib broth with potatoes
1 level tablespoon of paprika
1 level teaspoon of salt (or to taste)
750 grams of unleavened wheat flour (all purpose wheat flour)
Ingredients for breading:
300 grams of panko flour (or traditional breadcrumbs)
150 grams of unleavened wheat flour (all purpose wheat flour)
2 heaping tablespoons of onion powder cream
300 milliliters of water
