These blokes are having an Awesome time riding a bike that is bordering on being out of control due to the Torque twist of the engine, literally balanced on the rear wheel by hanging of the opposite side of the bike to control it and many of you don't find it impressive. If you cant appreciate it for what it is then why bother watching in the first place. These blokes are a little akin to the Horsemen Of The Apocalypse and some of you just want to carry on and bitch as to whether a rice burner is a better bike. Why not just appreciate the skill in controlling it, the engineering in building it and the opportunity the movie presents to see something from some one else's perspective.

Pete Grice Most of these lames will never know the excitement of hurling yourself down the 1/4 or 1/8 mile in a home made contraption that’s just on the edge of blowing up. when I was just graduating high school I campaigned a big block chevelle that I built in my dads driveway. It was such a kick in the pants to line up and run all out at the green light. Mine wasn’t a fancy race car but I kicked a lot of ass with it. Nothing like “tripping the lights fantastic” meaning getting through those timing lights at the end of the track first. People just don’t understand. And don’t get me started on Nitromethane 😄😄

I've seen Funny cars that looked scary to run, I've seen dragsters tear themselves apart as they go down the and thought, that looks like it could be fun...But the fire breathing dragons shown in this video are without a doubt the most butt clinching terrors, I have ever seen run 1320. I fully expect that one day we will see one of those beasts, launch so hard that even the back wheel will unstick itself from the pavement and it will take off for parts unknown.

To be honest guys I've been to two NHRA meets at The Strip and there were no Top Fuel Bikes running. Have the NHRA fallen out with these guys ??? I think it's a crying shame that a company whose name is synonymous with American history isn't part of the NHRA meets. Top Fuel Bikes ar the fastest accelerating engine bikes on the planet and they should be there for these big meets !

depends on the application, if you drag racing you and all that low end torque a v twin can produce, inline fours are better for road racing with such high redlines and a broader power band. don't quote me on this i'm just going off what i know with cars.

You guys need to realize something. Top Fuel V-Twins don't have much Harley Davidson in them. They use S & S billet heads and crankcases, S & S carbs. Saying a top fuel Harley is a Harley is like saying a top fuel hemi is a Chrysler.

More Delkron than S&S. Not true on the made in USA either. The only failed part on my bike has been the Hecho en Mexico steering head bearings. So far everything but the forks were made in USA and for all I know they may have been too. The video is one of the best I have seen that actually shows that riding a TF bike is not for the faint of heart.
