I saw that 2D restaurant advertised on Instagram a few weeks ago. It looks really cool. Love that the owners include some South American favourites on the menu. Loved the fitness zone skit! 🤣 Filming in the heat is exhausting! We always struggle when the weather is like that, you guys did great. The blueberry pastry on day two looked really good!

Yeah, people probably get sick of hearing about us complain about the heat (it is summer in Florida after all) 😅. But it's always nice to hear from people who can relate with how challenging and exhausting it is. Watching your recent videos has made us so excited about trying more South American food, and any time we see it here in St. Pete it's hard to pass up! We're glad you enjoyed the fitness zone skit... although we wish we would have come across this spot on a (much) cooler day!

Orlando has something similar like the 2D place but it’s all Asian cuisine and boba. The guitar place sounded cool and the last place looked really good. The guava and cheese pastry 🤤 yum!

So the cruffin you had from 2D is from The Crumb Factory. They have those and a ton more delicious goodies and are located further west on Central Ave. You should go visit them for your next video!

We never even knew that 2-D cafes were a thing until this one popped up just a few blocks away from our apartment! It really is a pretty cool concept! We're glad you enjoyed our workout sequence. It was not not at all in our original plans for the video. But we just happened to stumble upon the place while searching for a shady spot to rest and couldn't resist including it in the video! You two will be first on the list to receive the special addition VHS! We cannot wait for the Sunrunner, and love it when we get to watch our food being prepared, especially at an authentic such an authentic spot like that one!

We would love to grab Indian or any other type of food with you guys. You guys have had so much more food experiences than we have and we're sure you could introduce us to some amazing new dishes. Skylar sure was hesitant on that pistachio pizza, but we both ended up loving it. Like you, we generally love anything pistachio. Our favorite latte we've had here in St Pete was pistachio flavored, but unfortunately it is only available around the holidays! We hope you guys are having a great time in Fort Lauderdale... and hope good things come from your visit! We think Florida would be a great spot for you guys!

Since coffee is always a big part of all your videos and you've been to a lot of cafes in St Pete, which place in your opinion serves the best coffee?

Skylar's favorite coffee is the Madigascar Vanilla Bean Latte at Bandit Coffee. My favorite is the Charcoal Iced Latte at Crislip. We also have had some great coffees at Intermezzo. As far as ambiance goes, you can't beat 2-D, Perideco, or the Chelsea. All three of those have pretty good coffee too. Thanks for watching!

You won't recognize it. The character and charm of old St. Pete is seriously threatened. Lots of super-tall residential towers (for the big $) currently under construction. Soon it'll look like Ft. Lauderdale... 😫Save the 'burg!

I'd love to visit all of these spots! The Twisted Indian restaurant looked really cool, and the 2D Cafe. I'd also be interested in that Bodacious bakery, looked so tasty! As did the Italian restaurant. The last spot with 3 in 1 seemed like a great place to eat too... so many options I'd need a whole week there.

Very cool guys - I think I've seen a few of those 2D cafes popping all over the place, In particular i think there is one in Japan. Very interesting surroundings, but I don't think one is available in Australia Yet. That cruffin looked amazing and would give it a go for sure! The indian place looked great, but very interesting how your meals come out, not sure I would have expected that. Probably the same as the Pizza place and how they cooked it. I do like Pistachios, but never had it on a pizza and looked like they cooked it before adding the toppings...Would still give it a go though! Your very good at finding all the new spots to try in your area and really good that you found a new place, when the other wasn't open. Thanks for the new addition guys :)

Yeah, I do believe that the 2-D cafes originated in Japan, but have just recently begun popping up in the states. I'm sure it's just a matter of time before they make their way to Australia. The cruffin was even better than it looked, which I know is hard to believe! The Indian food at Twisted Indian is definitely not what you'd expect, but it is a fun twist on one of our favorite types of food!

The Make/Model is Glion Dolly 225... I believe they cost us $400 each around 2.5 years ago. I'm not sure they make that model anymore, but they do make an upgraded model that I believe they sell on their website for $450.

Thanks, Brook. We've heard that Disney Cruises often offers Florida resident discounts (all though we never sale on Disney), and we believe that Royal Caribbean occasionally offers Florida resident discounts too. The other cruise lines may as well, but we can't say for sure. Just being close to the cruise port and not having to pay for flights/hotels before and after the cruise obviously provides a great savings on its own and is actually a part of the reason we moved to Florida. Our favorite website for monitoring cruise prices is Vacationstogo.com. Check it out if you haven't already!
