Depends on which ones you're talking about. There's a lot being built at the moment. The new resort won't be done until 2028 but pre-development sales start early 2024!

It’s been a long rebuild process from the hurricane that destroyed it, but there has been a lot of progress lately and should see improvement over the next year.

the rebuilt terminal just re-opened Fall 2023. it's gorgeous!
