My dad always tell me about my grandfather coming from campong town. He said grandpa was born there and migrated to Sherwood Trelawny. My dad was maroon he had wavey black hair and carry the maroon traits, he said you can tell a maroon when the hair grows out of their ears and nose. Which he had. His dad name was Wilfred Christopher Reid. My grandpa died when my dad was 12 years old. I would like to know more about my people

Maroons were African so his hair texture had nothing to do with him being a maroon.
