I was born in Pensacola 1963. But we moved to mobile 3 years later. I've been living in the ATL area for 30 years. There's nothing but gang's and lot's of crime. It hard to Walk down the street without worry about being jumped. On google maps look at Peachtree Blvd in Duluth GA. Looks nice ???? Lots of gang's. It's bloods terf. Also gangster disciples clam is area. I've been a welder for 40 years. Would love to move back to Pensacola. Sorry I long winded. But guess you see my side.

Thank you for your comment! When we lived in Colorado we actually helped a client who was an Atlanta Police Officer and it was horrible hearing how bad the crime was. It would be horrible to be living it currently. Let us know if you make it back this way 😃

I was stationed on the uss lexington from 1972 to 1975, and I was absolutely amazed how much downtown pensacola changed. I live in Michigan about 35 miles northeast of Grand Rapids. Having the Great lakes our weather here is affected by them.

Looking for something around the Pensacola area. Probably moving within three months, as a job transfer in the military.

This video makes me so sad I wish someone explained all of this before I bought my house in Milton although I love live living right on the bay I find everything we live is always over the bridges!!! One day I’ll get over there!

Nicole, thank you for the comment. It’s always hard figuring out the best place to live when moving to a new area. Good thing is even though it sounds like your not 100% happy with where you chose, it helped you become familiar with the area. Let’s hope Milton continues to increase in value so if you do decide to move, you have plenty of equity to help in doing so. We are glad these type of videos do help even a little bit on explaining the different areas, we will continue diving in deeper.

can your dog swim in the bayou or are there alligators
@EmeraldCoastReloTeam Жыл бұрын
Alligators is something we were actually concerned about when moving here but haven’t see or heard of any yet. We went tubing on the black water and they see a gator from time to time but hasn’t been a problem.

What are your favorite neighborhoods with homes built in the last 20 years or so?
@EmeraldCoastReloTeam Жыл бұрын
Hello Cindy thank you for your comment. We actually have a video coming out next week discussing new builds. Otherwise there hasn’t been much built in that timeframe unless you’re talking the Pace Area.
